We asked in shop were somewhere nice to have coffee & cake and the lady recommended here. We actually ate here twice as the food and the service is impeccable and it’s a good spot to people watch 😂.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s in a central location, the room we were in was perfect and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was more than reasonable and the tram goes from across the street. Centraal Train Station is a short walk or you can get the tram. Very easy to get to and from Schipol Airport. The only negative was the street noise at night, but it was the weekend before Christmas and the World Cup Final weekend. Thankfully, we were so tired from our exploring that we slept regardless.

The restaurant is very well presented and looks fabulous. The food is pretty good too. Unfortunately, the staff made quite a few errors, although they were very apologetic. The thing I didn’t appreciate was the almost forceful way that a tip was demanded from us. That’s for me to decide, not for you to dictate.

We just called in to get out of the cold this afternoon and sat in a warm beautiful area near the bar and open fire. Perfect drinks and very attentive professional staff. Such a great warm place. Had a terrific sandwich and lots of great drinks 👍any Aussie would love this bar. Head bar tender during our time there was outstanding

This review is for the restaurant, we were passing by in a sunny, Tuesday afternoon and decided to stop for light lunch. My baked goat cheese salad was superb. We were seated at the terrace and could watch the world go by....it's on a pedestrianised square...Priceless! The interior decor was very swanky and modern. Great service- Micky was very attentive and informative. Hague was unplanned extension of our Amsterdam long weekend, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise !

Mooie sfeervolle kamers met electrische open haard, gevulde minibar (gratis), koffie & thee. Mooie badkamer: bubbelbad en ruime inloopdouche, apart toilet. Goede bedden, heerlijk slapen. Geluidsisolatie zou beter moeten, veel lawaai van passanten ‘s avonds & ‘s nachtd en voertuigen die leveren ‘s morgens in alle vroegte. Lekker ontbijt bij de haard in het restaurant. 15 euro toeslag voor leveren ontbijt op kamer is wat overdreven aangezien de lift naar de kamers naast de keuken is. Ontbijt bestaat uit spiegelei met spek, yoghurt, broodjes en zout/zout beleg. Koffie en jus onbeperkt. Vriendelijke medewerkers in de zaal, onthaal bij aankomst was wat kil en zakelijk.
