We booked the suite for Friday evening, and when we arrived at the hotel they said there was no reservation in my name. After I showed them the reservation number, they claimed that I made a mistake and that I booked the hotel for Sunday. After I showed them the confirmation email for the reservation of the suite for the date I arrived, they said I was right but they had already filled all the rooms and had no rooms for us. Then he found for us a suite elsewhere as compensation As you can imagine it was not a suite but a hostel room which was very dirty and if I could find another place to sleep I would When we arrived at the hostel we heard that this is not the first time this has happened *this week* I can't believe it I would not recommend anyone to book a night at a place that is overbooking

An amazing place to stay with family, extremely accommodating and friendly staff, incredible views from every direction and a wonderful restaurant on location that has a great variety of options for the whole family. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation destination and can’t wait to return for an additional stay!

Perfect hotel for best price! We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be back The food was excellent as they gave us 10 kind of salads an appetiser and main dish and dessert! and the view was amazing. Thank you amazing staff for your hospitality

the room that we stayed in was Super clean with a very comfortable bed, cable TV, hot shower, everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. the food was very fresh and tasty, specially the dinner, and the staff was very helpful and nice, I highly recommend this hotel. this is going to be our go to hotel every time we visit Haifa!!!

Poor service. I went with a group. We were supposed to stay at a “sister” property however stayed at Tower Hotel Haifa. Our tour leader was handed a plastic bag with keys and breakfast vouchers and we fended for ourselves. The male receptionist barely acknowledged us. Rooms of suitable size with tv, fridge, Water heater had to be turned on prior to showering. No mentioned had bee n made by reception. Comfortable bed but sand, grit on the floor. Would not recommend.

We got a “black friday” offer and it was great vacation. The best view of a downtown, great location and helpful staff. Comfortable elevators and clean rooms. Easy to find and close to the main city attractions within the walking distance

The hotel is not a hotel but a hostel at a very, very low level!!! There are no cleaning services... We were in the room for two nights and they didn't even change our towels. When we asked the reception to change towels (for this we went downstairs because there was no answer on the phone), We were told they would bring towels and they didn't... We had to wipe ourselves with one towel for two people! the smell of cigarettes on the floors, Terrible noise and shouting from the adjacent rooms and there is no response to any request from the reception!!! Just shocking! The room is old and not clean... there is no mini bar in the room, nothing actually... Two beds and a TV (with sound that cannot be turned up) Horrible service and horror room!!!! We left disappointed, tired and angry! Even if you pay not expensive, there is still a minimum service that needs to be received

Une vraie catastrophe. l'environnement est cauchemardesque, nous avons cherché l'entrée de l'hôtel un long moment. Si vous avez des valises bonne chance il faut monter un escalier sale en pleine rue. Avec un peu de chance vous aurez accès à un ascenseur en plein milieu d'un parking pour accéder à un hall de centre commercial où se trouve la pseudo reception le personnel est désagréable Pour couronner le tout ils m'ont compté 2 chambres au lieu d'une. ils ont promis un remboursement que j'attends encore. Je ne recommande pas du tout
