非常滿意的一次入住！酒店的服務真的很貼心，從下車幫忙拿行李到前台快速辦理入住，都讓人感覺賓至如歸。房間佈局合理，很舒適。最驚喜的是早餐，品種豐富，味道超讚，尤其是當地特色小吃。

第二天坐船出島就選擇離港口近亞特入住🤭
入住當天各位工作人員服務態度很好，大堂副總麗娜看到我們帶着寶寶還送了個鴨子水槍給寶寶玩，我們點了外賣也給我們送到房間來👍送了椰青和百香果晚上還送來糖水，海南最近不知道是不是都在下雨椰青不甜帶酸味的，百香果超甜好好吃！
第二天到港口後才想起叫外賣買的椰子糖這些忘了帶走，聯繫了麗娜，麗娜幫忙申請寄快遞給包郵到家👍👍😘感謝

是現在是少見的很好的五星級！各方面都很好！
以後來海口看演唱會我一定會再來
辦理入住時從下車全程酒店小哥幫忙，拿行李也是前面有人要排隊會優先再開一個通道
辦入住時會推薦班駁車還有夜宵，送了冰箱貼
進房看到送的水果和椰子
房間硬件可以寶格麗洗護、空調可以自己調節、戴森吹風機、送軟飲
自助鋪好夜床並且送了助眠的甜湯
五星級酒店不排斥外賣，有外賣櫃
但是！還可以！讓酒店小哥親自送到房門口！
有客人放行快，我還約了化粧師，不用我親自下來
而且酒店工作人員態度都很好
最後走了有遺落的東西，處理得很快
超越了很多城市的五星級，甚至超越北上廣
性價比真的很好！演唱會期間行政居然價格很nice
時團馬上也要辦演唱會了已推薦給其他客人
