房間簡直差的要死，三間卧室，沒有一間是乾淨的，床品臟，還有頭髮，枕頭也長毛，聯繫酒店，更換了一間，也告知了，給換個乾淨的房間，答應的很好，大半夜又更換房間，第二間更離譜，3間卧室的床品還是臟的，衞生間地上都是水，花灑扔在地上，還有上個顧客用過的牙刷，還有煙頭，這是什麼民宿，簡直差的要死

公寓兩個廁所花灑都有問題，噴頭不出水，開關壞了。其次是給錯房間號，開了半天進不去，整體環境還可以，房間很新，有點悶，望改進。

服務地面臟亂，茶几上煙灰缸臟，杯子都有污垢，茶水間臟亂毛巾隨意丟放，浴巾破爛，房間有飛蟲晚上還被咬了。房屋門都是爛的，垂直防盜插銷自己都會掉下去卡住門。沙發抱枕明顯污漬
