Was given a free upgrade to a large room with separate living room and bedroom and two toilets. The room was so good we could stay here for weeks! Location of hotel central and not too far from attractions. Buffet breakfast was delicious! For other meals, a short 10 minute walk takes you to many options at MixC shopping centre.

This time I stayed in the suite ”Huan” on the third floor. There is only one room on the third floor. Next to it is the hotel's terrace. The suite has a space of more than 60 square meters. There are two small balconies inside. It may be because it is an old building. So I feel that the bathroom has a strong damp smell. The kind that can't be dispelled. The hotel has a superior location. It is right in the old arcade street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. Their service is also very good. I called to ask about the parking lot before checking in. After arriving, a service staff will come to help with the luggage and check in. There is also a hotel explanation service. The service staff at the front desk are also very good. The service is thoughtful and patient. It is worth mentioning that their breakfast will select the staple food and egg set in advance. The newly opened hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful and pleasant environment and good service attitude. The sound of the game was very loud, which made me feel embarrassed when I heard the sound coming from inside when I checked in. It really tarnished the overall service and quality of this hotel. 3 When we checked in, we were offered three breakfast options (A.B.C) to choose from. In the end, we went to the restaurant for a buffet breakfast, which was a bit unexpected. It might be that the hotel's pick-up rate that day was higher than expected, so the kitchen temporarily changed to a buffet style, which was more efficient than the set menu. This is not a bad review.
