Wood River Inn & Suite

The room was well equipped, and very comfortable. The bed was great. The location was great, stores and restaurants not far. Staff friendly the rooms and grounds were clean. The price was a good value. Location feel safe. Oh yeah, I forgot about the breakfast. It was good too.

Wonderful stay!! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was within walking distance to several restaurants. Anything you could think of was provided, from free breakfast, to bikes and a great pool space, to warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will 100% return again!

I first have to say that I have stayed at this hotel before, about 7 months ago and had a five star experience. This time there was a very strong smell in our room of B.O…. I asked to be moved to another room and was moved to one close to my previous room. Upon entering the second room I noticed the same bad Oder but just decided to deal with it. All of that said their customer service is amazing and all staff are very helpful and friendly. Not sure about the smell but everything else is great.

Soaking in the hot tub to our peaceful quiet sleep, made the night in our stay very pleasant. Thank you for your wonderful place!

I was heading to the Hailey area for an artist retreat and needed a cozy place where I felt safe to get acclimated to the altitude prior to my retreat. I read reviews on the Wood Rive Inn & Suites. Found the reviews to be very positive as I am a woman of a certain age traveling alone, comfort and safety were important. Imagine my wonder when I arrived I felt like I was welcomed to the my own family gathering with the warm welcome and truly wonderful amenities. I stayed in a comfortable suite on the second floor. Now I was concerned about the possibility of noise from the 3rd floor and the 1st floor. Those fears were unfounded for certain….. as an example the weekend found the place full of families from all over Idaho who were very active with the students who had lacrosse tournaments over the weekend. There is an indoor pool 3-5’ depth, perfect for water PT or as in this case the fun loving preteens. Yes I was glad I enjoyed “my exercise” time in the pool during the week with their hot tub afterwards. Breakfast is included with the room. A simple but nutritious meal served cafeteria style eat in or to go. The staff throughout the Inn is friendly and helpful. All you need to do is ask. Call and ask about early check in….. if it’s ready……they are happy to oblige. The hidden gem at Wood River Inn is their professionally stocked fitness center…. 2 Peloton bikes; 1 Peloton rower; TRX for multiple levels. There is also a mainstream treadmill, and elliptical; free weights; weight bar. Also do not miss the yoga mat and exercise bands in each room. The owner of the Inn is a traveler himself and when he experiences an amenity which could be incorporated into his Inn I was told he would try to do so. I must say when I come this way to travel, explore or create and learn about more art, I will be sure to hangout at Wood River Inn & Suites ** BE SURE to bring some device which can read QR codes as they have informative signage with area information and attractions ….. the wildflowers begin in May —- really pop in June.

Traveled with our girls lacrosse team. Staff was wonderful rooms were extremely neat and clean. Sherry at the front desk rock star!!! The staff treated the team with the upmost support and they gave excellent advice on local spots. Thanks for the great stay.
