Legend Hai Phong Hotel

First of all, the hotel was under renovation, and the check-in had to be done at the basement car park. The whole place was rather dusty. The shower had no shower curtain and so the whole bathroom would be flooded following even a quick shower. The phone at the room would not work; couldn't even be connected with the front desk. Breakfast quality? Wouldn't know as although the hotel staff at the basement front desk had promised that breakfast would be delivered to my room at 09:00 due to the renovation, the meal never arrived. I asked for the reason during check-out, and the reply as that there was a system failure; however, the hotel would not compensate me for the meal even though I had paid for it. And, finally, the credit card machine at the hotel did not work either, and I had to pay in cash. All in all, a very disappointing visit!
