酒店的服務非常非常的好，熱情貼心，讓每一位歷經長途的遊客後感到賓至如歸。一樓的早餐口味非常友好，雞湯粉雞湯小餛飩，還有鮮氂牛奶為每天的行程補充足夠的能量。酒店送的小鹽雕小老虎🐯很可愛。真心推薦給需要在大柴旦住宿的朋友。

正片地區的唯一五星酒店
從到了開始前台小哥就很很很很熱情
給調了電視調了製氧機 送了水果
走的時候給了伴手禮 還帶了些吃的給小朋友路上吃
因為開車時間很久太貼心了 必須五星好評
房間早上打開就行看見山脈
離小吃街走路也就10來分鐘
隔壁家的烤肉店羊肉串也是嫩嫩的

房間設施齊全完善，加濕器、製氧機一樣不少！從西寧到大柴旦（截止目前）最豐盛的早餐！服務人員太讓人感動了！晚上十二點還守在洗衣房等着給你搭衣服！知道我們要趕往敦煌路途較遠，還幫我們準備了路上的簡餐！大柴旦不衹有美麗的風景，更有善良好客的大柴旦人！

來大柴旦就推薦這家酒店，衞生，服務，環境都超級棒，酒店五星，服務也同樣五星。以後朋友來玩，就推薦這家，小朋友早上有點高反，酒店的經理幫我們開氧氣機，拿糖果，一小時後小朋友就恢復正常了，真的很感謝她～退房的時候，服務員還拿了禮品給我們，超暖心☺️

酒店説整個大柴旦都沒有空調，如果要開窗通風的話，要忍受外面路邊的飛馳而過的大貨車聲音。
房間偏小，但是基本設施齊全。門口有個門檻石，行李不能直接推進去，要提一下，算是個設計不合理的地方。
前台有個小姐姐，特別熱情，入住的時候主動安排服務員到房間設定吸氧機；吃早餐的時候，又主動安排煮餛飩，還打包了幾份在路上吃。

特別好的酒店，來之前就加了李經理的微信，那時候還沒訂她們家酒店就非常詳細的推薦了旅遊路線。到酒店的時候老闆又很熱情的介紹了餐館和旅遊路線，還給我們升級了看雪山的房間，準備了歡迎水果🍉，出發的時候還給我們送了他們家自己做的棗糕，特別好吃。退房卡還有伴手禮，氂牛酸奶。
