The room is clean and the staff is helpful. They provided us with bottled water upon request.
The breakfast provided was satisfying, with ~15 types of choices.
The water pressure in the shower was very low though. The pillow was too soft, which made our necks sore the next day.

親子房 房間很乾凈 空間大。 最重要的服務很好。 晚上很安靜。太適合長途自駕休息了。 一層有洗衣房，也有單獨的休息大廳。在大西北9天了，這家的早餐最好吃。我是8點半過來吃的早餐，沒什麼人，菜都還很齊全 。

設施：房間內設施很齊全，該有的都有，酒店有免費停車場、電梯、餐廳
衞生：整體不錯，很乾凈
服務：入住給升級了房間，還給了下午茶，酒店人員很友好
值得好評的是周邊很方便，離景區很近，適合自駕。並且可以帶狗，自帶狗窩和狗廁所，衞生方面很注意。

房間是在青海唯一有風扇的一家，也有加濕器，就是不太乾淨，建議做好清潔。房間很大，配了一次性毛巾，浴巾，很方便。距離鎮中心不算遠，吃飯很方便。

酒店離翡翠湖很近，到了後店家第一免費升級了房型還貼心的贈了兩杯杏皮茶，味道非常不錯，房間很大，而且也乾淨，有洗衣房和晾衣房，停車也很方便，自助早餐品類很多，有一點小問題希望有時間可以處理下屋頂粉刷一下

這次入住體驗直接拉滿！從前台辦理入住時工作人員温暖的笑容，到主動幫忙搬運行李、耐心推薦周邊美食，每一個細節都讓人倍感貼心。房間整潔温馨，床品柔軟舒適，設施齊全，，夜裡還收到了暖心的晚安杏皮茶。退房時前台小姐姐還送了伴手禮，完全超出預期！必須五星好評，下次來還選這裏！
