Hakone Suishoen

Lovely service since we stepped out of car door.

Hotel facilities are well maintained, cleanliness is top standard. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable. I would return again in different season to this hotel

A very quiet and peaceful place. Great stay for family. The hotel also provides free station pick up and drop off services. The rooms we were staying were very spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own open air bath(onsen), very private, so great for people who don’t feel comfortable going to the public onsen. The breakfast is outstanding and perfect size for everyone one. You can choose either western or Japanese style breakfast. Both are delicious. Highly recommend it!

Haha a very pleasant stay here. Staff had extremely good service, private hot tub was why we chose this hotel. Food served was delicious too. The room is pricey but also comes with a few free gifts & some free drinks and snacks.

Very nice and clean, excellent services, food was great, lots of privacy

It was just average. service staff are all a bit new. the check in process is a bit slow. nothing very special about this place

The room is spacious and the service is excellent! We especially like the food (Japanese dishes) for both dinner and breakfast. We would recommend to friends and will come back again in the future.

Chose this place for the private onsen and highly reviewed meals. Meals are served in the central restaurant, will need to book meal timing for both breakfast and dinner as they serve over two rounds. Chose kaiseki dinner which felt like fine dining too. The rooms are modern, with the private onsen on rustic balcony facing the forest. The hot onsen water runs continuously into the pool, which made me think it’s really from the mountains. Do note the hotel is on the middle of a hill, so if driving, be prepared to drive along small windy roads to reach. When leaving, the hotel staff will even help to look out for oncoming cars and direct you to safely drive out of the hotel property onto the main road.
