Gen Hakone Gora

I visited because it was my birthday. Cleanliness: Everything, including the public bath and accommodations, was clean and well-organized. There was nothing that was missing, such as a charger. Location: If you get off at Nakagoura Station, the accommodation is within a 3-minute walk. (It's uphill, though..ㅎ) They sent a pick-up vehicle from Gora Station, but it was close, so I walked. The pick-up driver was also very kind! Service: The service was the best. I was so embarrassed. When I said I was going to Owakudani, they took me to the pick-up vehicle, and when the tour was over, they took me back to the hotel. Since it was my birthday, they wrote lettering on the dessert plate and the staff sang a song to congratulate me.ㅋㅋㅋㅋ They were really kind and cute. They even gave me champagne as a service! My mother's birthday is coming up soon, so I would visit again 1000000000% I was bored eating alone, but thanks to them, I had a fun meal. I was touched by the way they tried to communicate with me, even though my Korean is not good. Facilities: There are no facilities like a community, but the waiting room was nice and you can rent DVDs for free so you can watch them in the room (Sen and Chihiro, My Neighbor Totoro, etc. Ghibli animations and movies) + Unlimited coffee, tea, and alcohol (whiskey, wine, champagne, beer) All the staff are friendly.
