Solitude, the Boutique Hotel

This hotel offered a generally pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were adequately sized, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. While the decor was somewhat basic, it was functional and met our needs. The service was a mixed bag. Check-in was efficient and the front desk staff were helpful with directions and local information. However, the service in the breakfast area was a bit slow during peak hours, and it was sometimes difficult to get the attention of staff for minor requests. The hotel's amenities were satisfactory. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and the availability of an on-site fitness room was a plus. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, though the quality could be improved. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and several restaurants within walking distance. However, the immediate surroundings could be a bit noisy at night. Overall, this hotel provided a decent experience for the price. While it wasn't exceptional, it offered a comfortable and convenient base for our travels. With a few improvements in service and breakfast quality, it could easily become a highly recommended option.

The rooms are so spacious and cozy. Also the ambience is soo good. I've stayed in multiple hotels throughout haldwani but this seems to be the best yet, considering the facilities that they provide. It totally gives a Royal feel. I hope to continue visiting.

The food was delicious, and room service was prompt. The ambiance was peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation after a long day. Property is good and situated in heart of the town but doesn't have proper restaurant for meals you have to depend on swiggy or zomato which staff prefers secondly only one staff is on duty and that too heavily drunk owner himself is the accountant who gives food bill which they order from zomato/swiggy and as he was not available they didn't gave bill i think they should work on staff issue seriously

The room is booked was business room as named in 1800 rs. The room was a tiny super small size, i have ever stayed in. It’s suffocating size. The bathroom had strange pungent smell. So small. I do not know how they call it a business room? its even not a room. As soon as, we checked in the hotel, owner asked us to upgrade the room with additional 1000 rs as its a basic room? so, if i would have thought to spend 3000 rs, i could do it earlier too? so it was not expected. When i saw the room, it was so tiny smd suffocating. No cupboard to keep your things. Just enter in the room and sit on bed. No place to walk in. No wondow, no ventilation. Pigeon hole it was! anyway. We had to spend just the night and we checked out as early as possible. Cant say about kitchen and good as i dint had anything in hotel. Thanks.

I booked executive room but the hotel staff provided me an ordinary room saying "we have only this room which you booked" after having some conversation with the staff, it was informed by them that if some extra charges will be paid then they can manage to provide me the executive room which i booked earlier.
