Luxury 5 Star Hotel Residence A la Carte Ha Long

We are currently staying at 5?stars apartments in ha longbay and we are disappointed. Even though the rooms are stunning, it was never mentioned that we have to pay extra for amenities, such as toilet paper, bin bags…we have room for three and one of the mattraces is hard as a stone, nobody can sleep on it. What can we do?There is no room cleaning service, it is an apartment, not a hotel, ok understandable. The host lady that met us was cold and rude and belittled and laughed at me, when I asked how the lift worked. She also doesn’t speak good english and has no info about the hotel/ building amenities. she just wanted to be done with us.You must pay for swimming pools and gym, this is like airb&b really. The cloth to clean the dishes is disgustingly old and dirty so is the bath matt and there are stains on curtains. Absolutely nothing has been explained to us or made us feel welcomed. Very alarming first night.

We had a great time staying at A La Carte Halong Bay for four nights. Our host, Jess, was welcoming and friendly. She helped us with everything that we asked for. She suggested restaurants and places to go, booked a cruise of Halong Bay for us, and even arranged taxis. I am grateful for her assistance. The room was big and perfectly clean, with a great view of Halong Bay. The building also had a great grocery store with cheap prices and lovely staff. We enjoyed our stay. I would love to come back.

The Spice Spa is incredible! I got a 60 minute detox facial by Tháo and she did a fantastic job. It included facial treatments, steaming, scalp massage and neck/ shoulder massage. They served a delicious apple cinnamon tea before my treatment. A kind girl at reception named My was very helpful and patient. Best value for money. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very new and clean. Staff have been very friendly during our stay - offering to let us check in early as we had just got back from an overnight cruise and came in around 11am even though standard check in is 2pm. They even helped bring our luggage up so we were hands-free during the check in process. We found the gym well equipped with weights, benches and machines. They also offered complimentary clean towels and water. We booked a 60 minute spa experience at Spice as a couple. They escorted us to the same room which was nice as we had asked for two different treatments. The two therapists My and Mui knew all the right spots to apply pressure. My husband felt so refreshed by all the tension they helped release he too felt like a new person with everything just smoothed out. Although the location is quite a new, in an area with construction still happening across the way. We highly recommend A la Carte Ha Long as a staycation option for those who are coming this way!

Mui gave me an amazing massage! She was at Spice Spa and she was incredible. I left so relaxed and refreshed. I was so impressed with her. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I am going to be coming back soon. I would have a massage every day of I could.

The hotel is generally nice with friendly staff. The facility is brand new with amazing view of infinity pool. I enjoyed every single service including spa, fitness center, etc… Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

tôi vô cùng thích khi ở đây, thật sự tuyệt vời. mọi thứ đều đẹp hơn tôi nghĩ. tôi thấy mọi người nên thủe trải nghiệm ở đây. yên tĩnh và sang trọng. chỉ có cái là nếu ăn uống mà muốn ở trung tâm thì bạn sẽ đi xa hơn một chút nhưng phòng ốc và dịch vụ ở đây đều rất tốt

Tổng thể tạm ổn, nhân viên nhiệt tình và niềm nở, tuy vẫn còn xây dựng đôi chút nhưng được cái dịch vụ nhân viên kéo lại. Nếu có cơ hội quay lại hy vọng sẽ hoàn thiện hết tất cả. view phòng đối diện biển nên không thể chê được.

Rất hài lòng khi lưu trú tại à la carte. Nhân viên ở đây rất vui vẻ, thân thiện và đón tiếp gia dình tôi hết sức chu đáo. Khách sạn có view tuyệt đẹp, view thành phố lúc lên đèn sẽ không làm bạn thất vọng. Bể bơi vô cực nhìn ngắm đc trọn vịnh Hạ Long. Đây là nơi lưu trú lý tưởng và nên thử khi đến Hạ Long. Tôi và gia đình sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội. Cảm ơn ks đã cho gd tôi những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời.
