Close to the main station, nice breakfast given the room rare . Decent room and bathroom size but the beds are too soft.

The pillows are too soft. No kettle in the room thus hot drinking water is not available.

DO NOT STAY HERE Hotel is full of bedbugs. From previous reviews, they are full aware of the issue but have done nothing to resolve the issue.

Not the nicest part of town for sure but the location is super convenient. Rooms are good value for money and the breakfast was very enjoyable for us. Bright and comfortable breakfast room and fresh rolls and cold cuts in the morning. I would recommend this hotel.

我對這個酒店特別無語，床很小，房間也很小，位於市中心地理位置很方便，但是我退房的時候被罰款了 15 歐，因為他們那個接待處的人第一天跟我説的是第二天兩點退房，結果第二天來人跟我説是時候十二點，我覺得真的很疑惑，兩天説的時間都不一樣😅👌

I booked this without reading reviews. When I read the reviews I very nearly cancelled but I am very glad I didn't. This is a good hotel and very good value. Reception area is very clean with very helpful front desk staff. Lifts to all floors. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable bed, crisp clean linen, opening windows. Room safe, TV, wardrobe. Bathroom very clean, plenty of hot water and towels, walk in shower, sink, toilet. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, cold meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, rolls, boiled eggs etc. Coffee, tea, cold soft drinks. Staff very attentive. Again very clean. The hotel faces a main road and there is traffic noise all the time. Ask for a room at the back. Great location by train and bus station. Interesting street life outside, some homeless people, some drug taking, but also families. In fact similar to many major western cities. My wife and I are in our seventies and didn't feel threatened. If you are sensitive to this behaviour probably best to stay in Altona. We'll use the hotel again.

Less than ten minutes walk from main station. Friendly staff. Breakfast fom 0630, with limited hot choices. Room was small but functional.

По соотношению цена-качество отличный отель. Видно, что он не новый, но все очень чисто, вся сантехника в номере исправно работала. Завтрак скромный, но было всё, что нужно, ожидала даже меньшего на завтрак. Единственный минус - жила на первом этаже и долго не могла понять, что за звук периодически слышу, сначала думала что громкая музыка или бас в машине, но как-будто бы слышен гул от метро, так как как линия проходит прямо под отелем

Sehr höfliches und freundliches Personal. Sehr leckeres, ausreichendes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbufett. Kann dieses Hotel echt weiter empfehlen. Bei Hamburg besuchen werde ich sicher da wieder einchecken
