I would not recommend this accommodation based on our recent experience. We attempted to book a stay for Saturday, 28 February through ***********, but the website glitched at the payment screen. When we refreshed the page, the property showed as fully booked, so we booked alternative accommodation. Despite this, on the day of the original booking we received a confirmation from Quantum Lodge, and our credit card was charged — leaving us with two bookings through no fault of our own. *********** contacted Quantum Lodge to explain the situation and requested a refund on our behalf. The refund request was declined, even though the issue originated from a booking error outside of our control. To make matters worse, the customer service we received when trying to discuss the issue directly was extremely poor. The staff member (John) repeatedly spoke over me, did not allow me to explain the situation, and ended the call when I politely asked to finish speaking. This was unprofessional and very disappointing. Quantum Lodge was willing to take the payment but unwilling to acknowledge the circumstances or offer a reasonable solution. Overall, we were left feeling let down by both the handling of the booking issue and the customer service experience.
