"Confusing access as no reception. Once sorted, it was fine. Good to have under coverage garage for the car. Late evening and during the night, we both experienced a strange buzz/vibration through the floor and beds. We did not have the air conditioner on."

"If you are a backpacker then this hotel is right for you. By the way, you'd better have $200 cash in your pocket or they will demand to photocopy your credit card! Are you kidding me SJH? The reason, they suspect the people that stay there will, 'trash the room! Apparently it does happen. Also, be prepared for hallway doors that will bang away until late, and start again early. If you are not a backpacker, stay else where! PS. The staff are friendly and helpful!"

"After turning up to our booked accommodation to find they had no record of our booking we chanced upon on this B&B and I'm so glad we did. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The location is 100m from Beaumont St, which has many eateries and a pub. We were going to a concert at the entertainment centre which was an easy 20 minute walk. Overall it was very good value for money, and I will certainly stay again."

"Despite being only being 8 yrs old the place has been renovated. It has been quite well done with the renovations. The place is situated within close walking distance of the main street of Hamilton. The room was spacious for the main area and the bathroom, and came with a large balcony. The bed ( queen size) was very comfortable. Lots of appliances and utensils came with the room so in room meals could be prepared. The electronic password system for the garage , access into the building and a different password for the room made it a very security conscious place. The person who dealt with my booking, Harry, could not have been more helpful at answering all my questions prior to my stay."
