Tui Suneo Royal Kenz - All Inclusive

I have chosen this hotel because of the spa which I used in the past and liked it a lot. The hotel feels authentic though a bit outdated in some areas with a good service overall. The people at the restaurant are lovely and serve you well irrespective of whether you tip them or not. I know that it is a big issue in other hotels but not in this one. However, I do recommend leaving some tips as it makes you and the people who provide you with a great service happy. The food choice was limited but I always managed to have something which I really loved. The hotel had a nice indoor pool as well. My main concern was the constant irritating humming noise which was at the background all the time and it was just impossible to sleep. This noise has something to do with ventilation or old engineering wiring. I spoke to a few other guests and all by one said that they had no any issues with any noise. Though one other guest also reported some noise which was evident when she would go to bed at night. The cleaning and the room itself was wonderful. All in all I had really lovely time in this hotel but I have to give it three stars only because of my inability to have a nice sleep there which is extremely important to me when I am on holidays.

Just got back from a week stay with my partner and baby. Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish.The entertainment team was brilliant. I got a massage in the spa which was one of the best I’ve had. Food was amazing which I wasn’t expecting from an all inclusive. Booked through Tui and was perfect from start to finish.

We stayed here last week. The hotel is clean and modern with two lovely outdoor pools in well kept gardens. We didn’t use the indoor pool. There are plenty of loungers and it didn’t feel overcrowded. We had a pool view from our balcony, the room was amply sized and immaculately clean. The food was excellent and varied all week, we met the head chef who was lovely and even offered to cook specially for my partner who is gluten intolerant. There were some gluten free options available daily including bread and desserts as well which were kept separate. All of the staff were friendly and polite and the entertainment team were great, engaging but not pushy. Great value for money. We’ll be back.

This is a vast complex with every facility you could desire for a holiday. The check-in was fast and efficient with luggage assitance to your room. Rooms are nice and spacious and well maintained with a good sized TV including UK Channels, Fridge and a bathroom with fresh towels daily and shampoo, soaps etc. The hotel has a vast range of facilites including a seawater indoor pool, spa and gym (extra cost) and a selection of indoor and outdoor bars, kids club and outdoor snacks. There is also a private hotel beach with a bar a short walk away. All ther staff are amazingly friendly and greet you when they pass. There is a huge shop in the hotel that has all the stuff you might have forgotten to pack plus a big range of local sovineers. Dining here iis amazing, food is top quality and the selection is vast at all meal times. You can choose to eat in the dining room or the cafe with waiter service or enjoy a paninni from the pool bar. Soft drinks and coffee are branded products like Coca-Cola and Nescafe but the spririts and beer are local varieties, but not bad! Every day there are lots of activites organised by the animation team including darts, french bowls, water exercise etc. The animation team are amazing and work really hard to encourage guests to have fun on holiday. Special mention for Mr Bean who does the french bowls and he works hard to make everyone feel comfortable whilst playing the games. This is a Tui hotel and it has to be mentioned that they provide supeb support at the hotel and whilst travelling. My first time in Tunisia but I will return as the security is good, people are friendly and the value for money is excellent. Royal Kenz gets a 9/10 from me overall.

Beautiful hotel, kept very clean and everyone is so welcoming. Entertainment is amazing. Lovely spa, would highly recommend trying it out. Food was all displayed lovely, especially the cakes. All fresh and tasted good. Room 40 I stayed in. Good location and near everything. Would defiantly come back and stay. Thank you for making my holiday great

I have spent an unforgettable week in the hotel , It was an awesome experience, I have really appreciated the place , very clean and with positif Vibes , amazing animation , especially chatti and amigo , the staff are very professional , the food was very good. Big yes for this hotel
