This one bedroom central air-conditioned / heated waterfront property has a state of the art Wifi system with use of laundry facility and pool. This cottage is the center cottage and has recently been renovated with new high-end kitchen and bath. You'll have access to kayaks, bicycles, ping pong, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton with a 300 foot walking dock with benches for viewing the best sunsets in the world.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Dogs must be on leash no dogs in pool or pool area.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Perfect vacation! Third time at this lovely property. Beautiful grounds with daily visits from wild turkeys and deer. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Immaculate cottage with WiFi, large tv, complete kitchen, and a great deck with a gas grill that looks out to the water. We will be back again next August!

Wonderful Vacation This was our second stay. We loved the adorable and spotlessly clean one bedroom pet friendly cottage. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed canoeing to a nearby uninhabited beach. We will be back next summer!

Would go back 100 times! This property offers so many amenities you get a bay Waterview with amazing sunsets and a nice size cottage. That’s super cute clean and decorated with air conditioning a full kitchen, a front porch and all of the games on the property with bonfire and pool. They also offer a lot of channels on the TV, it was definitely worth it. Brian was AMAZING
