"فندق رااااائع جدداً، حيث التصميم وعصري، غرفة الحفلات فخمة. التجهيزات بمستوى ثلاث نجوم فهناك معايير موحدة، خدمات النعومة تفتقر إلى التدريب الكلي. الفتيات في المكاتب الأمامية اللاتي يشتغلن بالليل بعناية فائقة، شعور بالراحة وكأنك بين أهلك. تتوقف في كل مكان، يعني أن هناك الكثير من السيارات. حجزت عن طريق موقع بوكنق وكان الحجز غرفة لثلاثة أشخاص ثم رجعت بعد ذلك بيومين وغادرت في الصباح عند الساعة العاشرة صباحا واعطوني بطاقة سحب وبطاقة فتح الباب وبعدها قام الموظف بوكنق بان جونج ايل لي بالاتصال للسؤال عن اي بطاقة سحب وتركت المبلغ في الفندق وتفاجأت بانني اخذت بطاقة سحب وتركت المبلغ في ذاك اليوم ونسيت المبلغ المسروق وعندما سألته عن السبب قال لي الموظف انه لا يخدمني في اي شي من هنا أثبت أن هذا هو فندق جديد تماما، الموظفين جديدة تماما. الأعمال والمعرفة لا تكفي. وبسبب هذا، يجب خصم تقييم جيد. خسارة 5 نقاط تشير إلى تقدير جيد، إنه لأمر مؤسف حقا. خذ قليلا من الانتباه إلى أنه يمكنك تجنب هذه الأخطاء. يتم تذكير التقييم الحقيقي، لا أكثر من ذلك، سخونة ومفيدة. وتذكروا أيضاً أن ضغط الماء في الدش ليس كافياً، وتدفق الماء صغير بعض الشيء."
