衞生：還算可以的。我看了很多差評，心裏也是有點慌。就怕不衞生了。但是也還好了。廁所下水道是真的不太行。下水很慢。我們一家四口。我帶着哥哥睡樓上，真的，六點準時給光照醒了。離滑草和看《英雄》的特別近。景色也很美。出門就是花海。八月底來草原白天熱得能中暑。晚上關上門蓋圖片上的那種被子是合適的。壓根不能開冷氣。

服務很好，接待服務人員態度很好，客服人員一般。客房衞生需要加強，枕頭上還有頭髮，對於是否每次清洗更換存疑。衞生間洗澡的地方，地漏漏得特別慢，洗澡的時候能把水沒過腳踝，無法站在那裡洗（除非不嫌臟），懷疑是地漏裏的頭髮很長時間沒有清理過。

木屋位置很好，出門就能看見草原，前台服務小姐姐小澤的服務很棒，耐心陪我們看每種房型，就是酒店早餐那裡需要改進下，雖然我們最後到餐廳，早餐的時間也快結束了，但我們也是在早餐時間內來的，阿姨們一直催我們，早餐也沒提醒是否還要加菜，就開始迅速收拾，一點加菜的機會都沒有，早餐體驗最差的一家
