The transportation is very convenient. It is right by the West Lake. It is very convenient for night tours and morning tours without delaying other trips. The breakfast is also very rich.

The room was large, the service was very good and the stay was very comfortable. However, there may be a reason for the new installation. The room still smells a bit. We sprayed perfume to barely adapt. I like the bed and pillows very much, not bad. The washing machine is also very easy to use, hahahaha

The room is very new and clean, the front desk and cleaning are very warm and the service is very good, the window is very bright, very close to the West Lake Scenic Area, there is a bus stop 200 meters, there is a Hangzhou Zoo 400 meters, self-driving, go to the West Lake Broken Bridge Canxue taxi 12 yuan, Departing before sunrise in the morning can watch the sunrise near the broken bridge. There are not many people who come to the West Lake this season. You can also take the bus. There are many restaurants around it, and there is free parking. I feel that the restaurant on the high steps of the hotel is good.

I got one of the windowless rooms but that’s an ok trade off for the deal price. The room was good sized and very clean. No complaints from me other than the breakfast just ok. The toaster was broken so I missed out on my morning toast.

Friendly service. Modern interior. Powerful hotel shower. Comfy bed. Not clean, women's hair on the floor after cleaning. Door key didn't work the first time, and needed resetting both the following days. Lampshade was very doety too. Location was a little confusing as its on a side road and the sign is obscured by a tree. Value for money yes, but wouldn't want to go back to this one again. The door didn't block any sounds from outside at all.

The hotel is in a good location, about 3 kilometers away from Qiandao Lake Scenic Area and Tianyu Island, and there are many restaurants around. The hotel has its own parking lot. The service is pretty good. It can clean and provide water in time. The breakfast in the hotel is simple, but it is clean. The coffee is really good.

Just a note that the place is called “Home Inn Plus” instead of “Home Inn Collection”. It is a building with multiple hotels. The drop off/pick up point is by the road side, there wasn’t a drive through which felt abit uninviting on first impression - it was also a little inconvenient as i was carrying a big luggage. Location is generally close to iconic tourist attractions - west lake, hubin road, wulin night market. Designs of the hotel: long corridors (my room was quite a distance from the lobby) The rooms are not sound proof. I was awaken by my neighbours chatting at 6:45am, ruined my mood really. They kept going for more than an hour -.-. As the rooms does not have a “window”, the window leads to a common garden display that is shared with neighbouring units - nt sure if this design amplified their chatters or it’s the walls. Breakfast - was soso. The steamed items were served cold, staff mentioned it was cooked but i think it should be kept warm, same for the items they pre cooked - the pancake and fried eggs. The laundry area is highly utilised while i was there. We preferred our Home Inn experience in Suzhou

Had a room advertised as ‘no windows’. In fact should be classified as an inside room where there was a window opening to an air well (a narrow corridor) for ventilation but had no view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Did not feel suffocating. Will consider this type of room again

My family booked this hotel for hospitalization. The hotel is right behind Shaw Hospital. The location is relatively good. When you go out, turn right and cross a street to reach the hospital. There are restaurants and supermarkets on the street. It is very convenient for shopping and eating.
