The cleaning and front desk are very polite, and they provide help with luggage and let you choose the room. It is 16 minutes away from West Lake Hellobike, and it is also convenient to eat around

The new decoration is really very good, the room is relatively spacious, the front desk service is also very enthusiastic, because I drove myself, I asked the boss to reserve a parking space in advance, and there are many snacks and restaurants around. The cost performance is very high, it is worth recommending and staying. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou.

房間只提供2條大浴巾,1條腳巾,完全沒有小毛巾,酒店给的是2塊一次性洗用的紙毛巾😑！那就是說每人每天只能洗手一次,用完一次那个環保毛巾就没毛巾抹手了😑！因此我只能拿那條大浴巾來抹手,洗手台又太細,放不下浴巾,每次洗完手,都要跑到另一端才能抹乾手😑地面都留下了我手上的水滴😑！ 還有,洗手台沒有洗手液,只有那麼一塊香皂,也没有盛香皂的盤,完全不合衛生！ 😑每次洗手,洗水果都要從廁所拿沐浴露出來洗用,太麻煩了！ 之前挑這酒店,是因為它新,也是選酒店時太累了,沒發覺房間的面積過少,所謂的窗,是近距離看着別棟的天井,窗帘打不打開也沒用😑！这麼簡陋的設施！就像活在1970年代😑！ 門上的黑色門栅安装不到位,很困難才能栓上！ 这麼不濟的酒店,真不知道那些好评是怎麼來的！😑當時真想立刻退房！

酒店地理位置很好，距離銀泰、西湖等景點商業街很近，步行可達。周邊交通十分便利。我訂的是特價房，前台小姐姐非常友好的給我們免費升級了洗浴和衞生間分開的房間，，而且乾淨衞生，床品也很舒適。因為住得太舒適了，所以又續住了。總之性價比槓槓的

酒店距離龍翔橋地鐵站有個一千米，但是27路公交不遠，還算方便。酒店沒有給礦泉水，其他設備還算齊全。衞生也還可以，晚上臨街有點吵，房間隔音也一般，隔壁洗澡都能聽見。但是酒店幫忙免費寄存行李很好。
