The room type is apartment. It is comfortable for a family to stay here as a complete facilities to cook the food. The location is in the down-town of Ha Noi City and easy to travel around North. Vietnam. But thee towel smells not so good maybe caused by eco-friendly treatment.

Great apartment! 👍 The location in the city center is extremely convenient, fully equipped, especially with a kitchen 🍳, ideal for those who love to cook like me. Everything is very clean and modern, making me feel comfortable like at home. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the manager ⭐️, always ready to support when needed. I will definitely come back here on future trips! It is worth the experience! 😊

Very consistent service with excellence, staffs are very welcoming and friendly, 100% Japanese style hotel, comes with a washer/dryer in room. 5 mins walk to GS25 convenient store, restaurant around walking vicinity too, highly recommended!

After a flight delay and hold up with baggage at Hanoi airport it was welcoming to have the taxi transfer waiting and arrive at the hotel promptly. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room, while not particularly spacious, met all my needs. Hot water pressure was good, although the basin hot water was hotter and flowed more freely than the shower hot water. Still after the flight I really enjoyed the shower and the comfortable sleep. Waking up to an overcast and cool morning emphasized the coziness of the hotel. The window view of the river/creek was interrupted by workmen dredging but it provided some entertainment. Breakfast was very good. A great introduction to Hanoi.

This is a clean and quiet place to stay, host responds very quickly. Will definitely come back here next time. Thanks

Pros: Super large, clean and spacious room with hot charcoal sauna room and jacuzzi pool in the bathroom. The location of this hotel is great for business travelers. Lots of banks in the area, very convenient if you need to withdraw cash from various ATMs, and Vietcombank is just 10 mins walk away for those whom need to change foreign currency. There’s 24hr mini-mart is just 2 mins walk away, if you need a quick bite after hours. Cons: One of the Power socket closest to the living room coach wasn’t functioning well, however that’s easily fixed with the friendly hotel staff whom was able to get me a power extension bar to charge my many devices. Recommendation: Hotel could use an upgrade on the set-top boxes, replace faulty power sockets, provide kitchen with liquid soap and utensils. Overall: I would definitely visit again for the next work trip. 😊

Had a wonderful 2 months stay here! Just 2 mins walk to office. The hotel staffs are all so friendly and helpful. Always assist us to collect delivery and send up to our room.
