Service is great ! The staff is very friendly- the hotel itself it’s worth the price if you look for something fancier then it will cost you more. I think is a good hotel to stay if you are looking to be in and out of the room

Un hôtel très cher et personnel très malhonnête. En plus c'est très sale, il y a plein de cafards, et il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. À éviter absolument !!! J'avais fait la réservation sur booking, heureusement 1 seule nuit. Mais le lendemain, après mon départ, ils ont dit que J'avais annulé. Tout çà pour ne pas déclarer !!! Mon 1er jour à Hanoï méritait mieux........

Room was ok, bathroom had mold around the floor, hallway was dark and the paint scraped and worn, elevator was musty. Pictures are not representative at all The only good thing was the location

Nos han dejado en la calle. Hice una reserva el 16 de octubre y cuando llego al hotel el 16 de noviembre me dicen q el hotel está lleno, q no tengo habitación y que me las arregle yo solo, no me dan ninguna alternativa. Esta era la segunda vez q me iba hospedar. La primera fue antes de ir a Camboya durante 4 días, y cuando me dejaron tirado era la segunda reserva que tenía con ellos. El hotel es malísimo, las habitaciones pequeñas, ruidosas, y la calidad en general es pésima. Las fotos no se corresponden para nada con la realidad. No repetiría jamás en semejante antro.

Absolutely disgusting. We booked the hotel through ***********, it had score 10 and very nice pictures, however it was terrible, very old building, dump, smelly with cockroaches. We left our luggage in a room and went to SaPa. Also, when we arrived and paid, our booking ( on *********** website) was cancelled. I think it was done deliberately to avoid bad reviews.

The hotel staff is very rude. They are actually running a scam. They actually force you to pay at the hotel and if you already paid online they won't allow you to check in telling you that they have overbooked and tell you to cancel your booking and then book again at the hotel desk. PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL. There is a far better hotel just next to it called HANOIAN CENTRAL.

I booked to use this hotel via the agoda website. I received the email confirming the booking at the hotel. 7 days later I received an email. It was a cancellation of booking. They cancelled the confirmed booking for no reason, while still adverting rooms as available on several websites including agoda. Untrustworthy hotel.

Absolutely horrible. The rooms we’re not okay. Shower didn’t work, airconditioning dripped with water, the lights didn’t work, we didn’t have an airconditioning remote at first. We got there a second time and had to change rooms 2 times. The third time the bed was broken. We couldn’t get another room and absolutely couldn’t get our money back. Now we are called offensive while THEY didn’t do anything for us when we had a broken room at 1am. They didn’t care at all. The guy of the hotel was smoking instead of fixing the problems. Crazy hotel
