Stayed overnight for a connecting flight - only about 35 mins to the airport. Great spacious room where they gave me the top floor. It is clean, bright with great AC and helpful staff. To avoid disappointment, the big bath is useless when you don't have enough hot water to fill even one third of the tub so just skip this. Also as with a lot of buildings in Vietnam, the soundproofing was terrible even on the top floor and I was woken several times throughout the night while sleeping with earplugs.

The location is very convenient, with many Japanese restaurants and massage store nearby.

Very comfortable stay. A washing machine available in the room is an advantage.

The location is far from old quarter. It is well furnished with the washer, dryer, tv and fridge. The owner is very nice.

It's a minute away from the main road and the location is very good. I was embarrassed because I couldn't find it because the sign didn't stick out. The elevator is fast and if you reserve two rooms, one apartment and one non-apartment, you can use the whole floor, which is convenient. The two doors are open and the hallway is private so only the family can use it. Even though I was alone, a female employee carried my 20kg luggage down the stairs and I was so grateful. The heater worked well so I came from cold Ninh Binh and it was great. The blanket was old but it was newly washed so it was nice. The bathroom is spacious and the water is very hot, but the temperature drops if you take a long shower. Above all, it's close to Lotte Mart and there's an Australian embassy nearby so the distance is safe and there are many Western restaurants. I was able to watch Netflix for free. I would visit again!

The room and facilities were clean and very easy to use. Because it is located a little back from the main road, there was no noise and it was very quiet. Each room has its own Wi-Fi SSID, but if you don't use Wi-Fi for a while, you may not be able to find the SSID for your room. (It will become usable again after a while.) I found this a little difficult to use, but other than that it was great. It was also close to the Japanese town and Lotte Mart, so it was easy to get around.

If you want to have fun in the Japanese town, this is highly recommended.

It's located in the Japanese town, so it's easy to access restaurants and supermarkets. There's also a department store nearby for souvenirs. The rooms are clean, there's a washing machine and dryer, and detergent is free to use. If you can speak a little English, you can have a comfortable stay without any problems. I recommend this place if you're staying for a few days.
