There is an infinity pool at the level 23. Which has a bar next to it .I stopped over for 1 night before heading back, to my surprise the detail of the hotel is so amazing from the concierge , lift lobby and even to the space planning off room space.. the room I stayed in had 2 cubicles, a bowl and a shower separated. It even has a balcony attached to the room..it is a wonderful experience for me, I will definitely come back to explore more when I have the time again to stop over Ha Noi.

Perfect place for family. Really good amenities, you have most of the things you need in the gym for basic workouts, 2 kids play ground one outdoor one indoor, right next to the Lotte mall. You might get the old quarter vibe but having younger kids while travelling, this place is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

We enjoyed one night of our stay. Breakfast was perfect, especially wide varieties of good quality food were served. The hotel guests can burn some calories by exercising at the gym or doing yoga or swimming at outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop with amazing view over Hanoi city. The hotel location is excellent, it's been constructed beside Lotte Mall where many shops and restaurants and also Lotte World Aquarium are available. The hotel lobby is well designed as well as the hotel rooms.

A brand new hotel that’s been running for about 7-8 months. Staff were friendly but not too experienced in reaching out to customers for extra mile. They could be proactive enough to offer new visitors a more memorable experience. For example, they would ask you to pay more for an upgrade if you wanted. They have available rooms around but it was not that easy they could upgrade you easiest in any easygoing action. Restaurants were all closed on Chinese New Year Eve of 2024 Feb. 9. All food have to be ordered for in room service and you’d have waited for 45-60 minutes for arrival time. Nail files were not available. The door design of bathing rooms had some issues. Gym reception staff were not around and you’d have to take care of yourself. Some staff were not able to follow up for something they promised to do so for you.

The Lotte L7 Hotel's swimming pool was really clean and comfortable. The water was cleanly managed, and the surrounding facilities were also kept clean, so I was able to use it comfortably. The atmosphere where you can feel relaxed in the city was impressive, and it is a place I would recommend to both families and couples. The atmosphere is even better in the evening when the lights come on. It is a swimming pool I would like to use again next time!

In Hanoi, Vietnam, the smog was so bad that I couldn't do anything because I was sick for 2 days after taking a city bus for an hour, and I also had to crawl around with countless motorbikes for over an hour to get to the main tourist site by Grab, which took 30 minutes to get there, so I had to breathe in the exhaust fumes from the street with my nose... Lotte L7 is a new hotel, so it's clean, but there's no sofa in the room, and there's no place for 2 people to sit except for a bed. There's no place to eat after ordering breakfast for 2 people in the room service. The breakfast room service is so bad that I wonder if I came to the wrong place. It's American style. They just come without asking. Korean food is better. Compared to the high cost of living in Hanoi, most of the local hotels are old and outdated, so I chose it because it was clean, but the local staff seemed to know that it's mostly Koreans who stay there, and there was no service at all. If anyone around me said they were going to Hanoi for a trip or a tour, not for a business trip, they would absolutely tell me not to.

The location is really good. It takes about 20-30 minutes from the airport. There is a Lotte Mart in the basement and it is connected to Lotte Mall, so you can shop there. The popular Kong Cafe is about a 5-minute walk behind the hotel. It is a bit far from the city center, but it is a hotel with many advantages. However, during the check-in process, I canceled the deposit (1 million won) with a check card and repaid it with a credit card, but the person in charge of check-in did not cancel the deposit. They said they did and gave me a cancellation receipt, but the check card balance was not restored, so I asked another check-in person the next day and they confirmed that the cancellation was not made and immediately cancelled it. I don't know if this happens often or if it is a special case that only happened to me, but please check carefully. I still don't understand what the receipt they gave me for cancellation was. 🙂↔️It is a large amount of money, about 500,000 won, so please check carefully and have a good trip.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but we found the hotel so beautiful and interesting that we will definitely come back. Absolutely great breakfast!

A hotel loyal to Indians. Totally not recommended!!!! I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and used 3 rooms. (I changed rooms twice.) Due to a boiler problem, when one person came out after washing, cold water came out. The central control system makes the air conditioner work in this winter!! I called the front desk and told them about the problem, but they said they would send a repairman. I couldn't wash or sleep at midnight and waited, but nothing was resolved and they kept telling me to wait 15 minutes. ㅡㅡ What's 15 minutes? Even if I waited for an hour, cold water came out. Later, they didn't answer my phone on purpose. When I kicked them out to the first floor and asked to change rooms, they pretended not to know at first, saying there was no room. When I got angry, they said there was one room left and changed me to a different floor on the same line, so I barely slept until after 3 AM. When I woke up in the morning and wanted to wash, there was cold water again~ I went to the pool thinking that washing would help, but the water was so cold that I couldn't play. When I asked to wash, they pretended to have hot water, but then cold water came out again, so I had no choice but to wash with cold water and call a repairman again. Again!!! They just told me to wait 15 minutes and left ㅡㅡ On top of that, they moved the towel rack to check and left it in the middle of the bathroom. In the end, I caught a cold that day and went to a pharmacy in downtown Hanoi to buy medicine? I was so annoyed that I packed my bags and went down to the lobby and screamed for a refund. They said it was a 5-star hotel, but is this really okay? I requested a refund through Trip.com, but the hotel refused, so I couldn't get a refund and fought over it, thinking that my trip would be ruined, so I ended up changing rooms again. (This time, the manager gave me a room with 2 hot water tanks) Because of this, I wasted almost 3 hours in the lobby and ruined my trip~~~ When I came back in the evening, they opened the door to an empty room and came in, apologizing and leaving fruit and a letter? Even though I pressed "do not disturb" and went there ^^ I chose this hotel because it had a pool and a lot of breakfast, even though the location wasn't great, but I totally don't recommend it!!! There are a lot of Indians, so they only bow down to Indians and treat them well. Oh, and there's a sink next to the toilet for Indians to wipe their butts!!
