Hotel was very clean and spacious. Everyone was very accommodating too! Love how the AC is working well, location is also convenient and has luggage storage services.

The overall facilities are relatively old, the rooms are relatively small, it is very close to the old town, downstairs is the old town, in the center of the old town, eating and drinking are very convenient

It was clean, but there were ants somewhere

The night time front desk lady was very rude throughout the duration of my stay- she was bossy , never smiled and seemed like she was doing me a favor if I asked her for something... she should NOT be in hospitality. And it was very noisy!!! I got woken up several times by staff members talking loudly in Vietnamese outside of my room. One of the cleaners walked into my room without nocking first.
