Westlake Pearl Suites & Spa - By Pegasy Group

My first time to Vietnam and i've got great experiences and really happy to found this hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, gave the best services for customer, also warm and make us comforted. They are also fluent in english, so make it easy to interactions. The location is easy to find and surrounding by modern and traditional culinary. The breakfast is good with asian and western food. The SPA from the hotel is one of the best spa i've ever tried. Recommend!. I can't wait to come again to Hanoi, Vietnam and I should stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel near westlake. The staff were outstanding, especially Tony and Chris, who helped me organise a bike, some tours and had great suggestions for local attractions. I booked a lake view room which had an amazing sunrise each morning and was totally worth it. Although you are not in the old quarter, it only takes about 10 minutes to get there by bike (either your own or using Grab) so you are close to that area to explore as you please. It is also a lot quieter by Westlake, and there are many lovely cafes and restaurants around. This hotel doesn't actually have a spa, and there is also no restaurant, so be mindful of this if you want those things they have another property nearby that does have them (this location is new). Lots of places to grab breakfast nearby! Overall I am very happy with my stay!

The location was nice and calm, the staff and checkin process was really nice. However the hotel is full of mosquitos. Was bitten a few times. However if you have inspect repellant and looking for a safe affordable stay I highly recommend it. Otherwise stay in their other properties because this one is bare bones.

The Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa was a good choice for our trip to Hanoi, Vietnam. The location was central as it was just a stone’s throw from some really awesome convenient stores, pubs and restaurants. We stayed there for 5 days during our trip. The room was clean and very spacious. Our room was cleaned and restocked with supplies daily. We did have some issues with the wifi and accessing Netflix and YouTube on the TV but those were minor inconveniences as we spent most of the trip exploring the great outdoors. If you’re looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Hanoi, I would highly recommended the Westlake Pearl Suites and Spa. The front desk clerks were so hospitable and helpful and they were also able to communicate in English.

The hotel is situated at Westlake, relatively quiet if you compare to staying at old quarters. Room is clean and spacious and very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ms Juleen. She had been very helpful and informative with all my enquiries, places I want to go and food I want to try. She speaks very good English and Chinese, I'm very surprised with this. Overall a very satisfied and enjoyable stay.
