Nice apartment. Looks like the pictures. Bed is medium firmness. TV had no usable channels or apps as far as I could tell. WiFi worked OK. Taxi car cannot drop you outside the building as the roads are too narrow. You will either need to walk at least 5 minutes or get a motorcycle taxi. There is a lift in the building.

Around the area has a lot of food places, salon, gym. It is close to the west lake too

Pros: The pre-check-in instructions were excellent. The apartment had everything necessary, with very convenient and well-thought-out details. The neighborhood is wonderfully peaceful in the evening. There was a welcoming snack pack provided.Cons: For me, the room was cold at 21.5°C, and the heater on the air conditioner was not working. When I mentioned this, they brought a warm blanket. Starting from 5 a.m., the street turns into a market, which is very noisy, including inside the apartment.If you plan to wake up early or are a very deep sleeper, I highly recommend this place during the warm season.

Great place to stay! It’s very well located, with cafés and shops nearby. The host is very kind and always attentive to any questions.

The price was reasonable, the room was fully equipped, and the style was like a homey bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. If there were other rooms available, I would have stayed longer. There was a security door outside, so it was very safe.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning was good. The location isn't in a tourist area, so getting a taxi isn't easy, but that's reflected in the price. Overall, it's a good place.

The room is beautiful, clean, fully equipped, nothing is missing, nothing to complain about, if I have the chance I will come back here again.
