I enjoy my stay at the hotel. The receptionists were accommodating and polite. They can communicate in English so it’s really easy if you have any queries or requests. on our first night, the room was not that big and it’s quite old but on our second night, the room was new and it’s clean. The toilet is also really clean.

My brother and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cristina Boutique Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an experience we'll cherish forever. As we embarked on our journey to Sapa, this one-night stay served as the perfect beginning to our adventure. The staff at Cristina Boutique Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The room was tastefully decorated and exuded a cozy charm that instantly put us at ease. After a long day of traveling, the comfortable beds were a welcome respite, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The room also offered all the modern amenities we needed, making our stay even more convenient. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff. They took the time to understand our travel plans and offered valuable insights about Hanoi and Sapa. The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful affair. We were treated to a delicious spread of both Vietnamese and western dishes. The only downside we encountered was the limited space during breakfast hours. It seemed that many guests were trying to have breakfast around the same time, resulting in some waiting in the lobby. We would like to suggest that the hotel consider scheduling breakfast times for guests, allowing for a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, we were within walking distance of several popular attractions and the bustling Old Quarter. This allowed us to explore the city's vibrant culture and heritage in the limited time we had. Overall, our one-night stay at Cristina Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the attentive staff and well-appointed rooms, made it a memorable experience. We left with a sense of contentment, ready to embark on the next leg of our journey to Sapa. A great location and nice owner. Meet great people

這是在攜程上預訂酒店當中最差的一家，房間面積狹小無比，連個桌子都沒有，就早餐還算可以。 除非萬不得已，千萬不要去這家酒店入住。 位於河內的老城區，要走過三四十米長的狹窄巷子，類似貧民窟似的。

가격을 생각하면 괜찮은데 조금 더주고 다른곳에서 묶는게 나을것 같아요~ 큰대로 가까운 위치 이지만 좁은 골목안에 있어 불편합니다. 사장님은 매우 친근하고 좋습니다.

I would not stay here as we booked on Booking and they obviously put up their prices and did not want us to stay as we were given this message I want to inform you that we have changed owners, so your reservation may be accepted or they will not let you stay there. You will receive free cancellation, If cancellation will be best for you. I don't want you to get kicked out of the hotel when you get to the hotel. I'm truly sorry, and sympathetic, I wanted to inform you.

Peter and his team were outstanding. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Will definitely book again when I return to Hanoi. Hopefully sooner rather than later 😊

Worst hotel experience in Vietnam. I booked the hotel based on the positive reviews mainly around the helpful owner Peter. My wife and I were arriving at 5am in the morning and therefore I had booked our room for the evening before to ensure we had a bed to sleep in. Peter had messaged me the evening before and I confirmed our arrival time. Following this he then decided to give our room to someone else and expected us to wait in reception for hours until a room was free. Shocking. Pathetic customer service especially as I had done everything I could to ensure we were not stuck in that situation after a long night travelling. The reception area was covered in faeces, absolutely filthy. We couldn’t have been more disgusted. Absolutely shocking service and a disgusting hotel down a filthy alley. Avoid.

Grwat location in the old quarter. Peter and Lua cannot do enough for us. They are superb hosts. Breakfasts were delightful and plentiful. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to Peter and Lua

Perfect hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. We stayed 2 nights when we first landed there and then after our whole tour we came back to stay 1 more night before leaving the country. The rooms are clean and comfortable and even though you're next to the nightlife it's not noisy and for breakfast they have wonderful pho! Special mention to the staff, they speak English and Peter helped us with everything we needed, he organized our tour from there to Ha Long and on to Ninh Binh. If I go back to Vietnam, which I really hope to do, we will be back. Thanks Peter and see you in the near future!!!

We loved the location in the old quarter in a quiet lane. We enjoyed paying a bit more to have a bigger room with balcony. The standard rooms are quite small. The staff was very helpful. They offered us to take a shower after checking out when we came back for our bags. Thank you for all Peter. Gladys and Eddy

Very pleased with our stay in this small and calm hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us with the transportation to the location we were going next. The breakfast was really good, the room had all we needed, the location was great, the transport they aranged for us from the airport was effective and they even sell for 5$ sim cards good for a month. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay! Peter was extremely helpful with everything we needed, he upgraded our room, recommended restaurants and arranged a trip for us, we were also able to do some laundry as they provided the service. The breakfast included was fantastic both the vietnamese pho, the American one, pancakes and fruit. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

We had to rebook our flight from Da Nang to Hanoi. As a result we reached Hanoi early by 2 hourse. Mr Peter helped us to do early check in. Once we were settled he took the pain to explain us about the city in detail with a map. Infact he had ensured a pickup from the Airport and the rate was exactly the same which you get through Grab app. He also ensured that we were not out of money when we were unable to draw money due to some ATM issues. The breakfast was awesome . His choices were too good and so were the housekeeping. In all it is always a particular instance which makes or breaks a trip. For us Mr Peter had booked a fantastic Ha Long Bay tour which was reasonably cheap than the existing tour operators. The Ha Long tour was a 5 star Cruise with lunch and awesome evening party in the cruise. Thank you Mr Peter for making our stay one of the most memorable ones.
