Very clean and nice Hotel ❤️ Staff was very nice, attentive and everyone spoke very nice English so it was easy to communicate!! Breakfast was amazing they had a Buffet service for breakfast and on the top of that you can also order from ala-cart👌👌 I will definitely refer to my friends !!! Good job guys keep it up🥲

Location is superb and staffs are friendly. Everything is excellent except for the hot water tap which in case you are not careful you will be scalded

Nice hotel in the old quarter. The staff was nice and helpful with excellent english-communication skills. They offer different tours packages. We booked one to Halong Bay, which went very smoothly and nicely with direct hotel pickup and drop off. They also offer spa services and airport transfers. The included breakfast is good, with buffet and à la carte selection.

Super friendly staff, very willing to help with anything! And the hotel is located at a very good place, during weekends the night market is right downstairs! And 5 mins walk from Hoàn Kiếm lake! Can walk around the old quarters street

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful. Our manager at the hotel, Hannah, couldn’t do enough to help us. The chef who cooked for us was awesome. Good breakfast, clean room and facilities, great location. Overall, good value for money.

Good, family had a lot of fun, breakfast was delicious, staff was very welcoming, room had a comfortable balcony, the weather was cool at the moment.

The service was a bit off, no fruit was delivered to the room, and the breakfast food was gone and not replenished. This was a bad experience!
