the hotel is near to food restaurant, travel agent booking, spa, convenience store & walking diatance to Hoan kiem lake. everyday they change towels & toiletries, provide water bottle & clean the room. staffs are accommodating & friendly. my friend and I book for 1 night , then we decided to extend for another 2 nights. So we paid cash in the reception/lobby. Always asked for receipt for proof.

Room is clean & the staff is friendly and helpful. BUT mattress is too hard...

I had to change hotels on the 2nd day, I was ill on the first night I stayed there and there not much to do in the hotel, location was set in middle of hanoi old quarter where it was very dirty. I didn't rate this place at all made me feel spacial with a window in my room lol. It was very sad I had to stay there and catch a fever, hygiene was not all there. 😪😔🤒

The staff were very friendly. Anna in particular helped me call the bus service to Sapa and managed to get me to a nearer pickup, saving me some money. Thank you Anna ❤️.

The hotel reception is polite and cute. The rooms are clean, with many amenities around, and the location is near many restaurants and shopping stores.

The hotel facilities are old, and the level of domestic hotels is lower than that of hotels. The pictures do not match the actual situation. I do not recommend it.
