This is my third time staying in this Vietnamese capsule hotel. Previously, there was only one free packet of snacks in the room but this time, there are up to 20 kinds of snacks and drinks for sale in the room. I purchased one can of red bean porridge to eat for breakfast and it costs me 50000 Vietnamese Dong. The capsule hotel is located past the flight view cafe and Bamboo Airways Operations Office on the third floor. Other than sleep and using the mobile phone or laptop, the other activity to do that can be done between 6 am and 8 am the next morning is plane-spotting at the flight view area outside the capsule hotel. I am very happy to witness Drukair's launch of charter flight from Hanoi to Paro on 9 November 2025. The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter can be seen on the third floor immediately outside the capsule hotel. The strategic location of the capsule hotel is of convenience for overnight transit travellers but there are no shower facilities outside the capsule hotel.

Very convenient and safe. Unfortunately the bathrooms were a bit far but otherwise, great. Very clean and the staff was helpful

Bed is too narrow for my size but I guess for most guests the sheer convenience of staying in the airport makes sense. No nearby hotels unfortunately to select.

Really nice option as airport is far away from the city so it’s easy to just put your luggage there, roam around the city on grab and then come back to sleep there for early flight 👍

I stayed at this hotel because I had booked an early morning flight. The locatinon was the best for domestic flight.

Great place to stay if you have a few hours to wait. Level 3 domestic terminal. Staff are very helpful. 24 hour reception. I checked in at 3am. Highly recommended

Don’t book if you are transfer passenger! We were asked to go to the connecting flight counter once arrived. However, when we pass the security check, the PIC said that it’s not allowed to go out even we show her the booking details. The hotel still charged us the booking fees so just a kindly remind don’t book the pod if you are going to transfer.

A bit hard to find as there are few signs. It is much better than sleeping on the floor of the terminal. Comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Would recommend for long layovers.

It’s a nice little sleeping pod very convenient if you are traveling a very early flight…don’t have to worried about grabbing a taxi to the airport.

We were sorry to hear that your stay at our establishment did not meet your expectations.In your letter, you stated that our service did not have a bathroom. For background, there had been no plans for a room hire service inside any of the airports in Vietnam until our sleep pods were installed and available for use back in 2014. Unfortunately, there was no space that we could rent and set up an independant bathroom facility for our guests use near to the pods. Whilst the pods are very convenient and comfortable, regretably they cannot have a bathroom service. They are primarily suitable for short stays and thats a reason in all online travel booking websites that we use to sell our sleep pod service such as ***********, Agoda and *******, we published this information: “The bathroom is not available on our property; Shared toilet is available in the airport”. We hope in the future, the airport authority will make some renovations and so that we can have a space to provide a bathroom service dedicated to our valuable guests.Please accept our sincere apologies. Given the unfortunate experience you had with this matter at VATC SleepPod.
