The hotel reception staff are helpful and welcoming. All can speak English, too.
Hotel room is clean and tidy. Good size for a family of 4.
Though the hotel is located in a small lane, off the main road, it is conveniently situated near cafes, boutiques, pharmacies n eateries. In fact, we have our hair n nails done just opposite our hotel. It is also within 15 minutes walk to the river.
All in all, we have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Will recommend

It is close to the train station and is a little off the main road, so it is quiet. It was nice to be able to walk to and from the old quarter. The facilities were good and the breakfast was delicious. It is a good value residence, so I recommend it for family trips.

You can choose whatever you want in the city center at this price, and they are all better than this. The room is damp, there are windows but no lighting, very stuffy. The location is in a small alley.

The room was clean as it was just built.
The room also has a living room where you can relax.
There was a washing machine, so it was convenient to wash sweaty clothes immediately.
The lady at the reception was very friendly and answered my questions politely.
The location is in downtown, close to the old town and Hanoi station, and the first airport bus is close, so that point is also convenient.
I would like to use it again when I go to Hanoi.

The service was outstanding, lodging comfortable clean and tidy, and the included breakfast was a bonus! Traveled with friends and we each had our own bathrooms. The hotel was a 2 min walk to the hustle and bustle of the The Old Quarter. Five Stars from me!

We stayed 3 days in the hotel. It was really a lovely place that we had a good time here. The reception Maya and Alex were kind and helpful. We asked them a lot of things of Vietnam. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was easy for us to reach a lot of good restaurants and spots.

I had an amazing stay at Hanoi Central Hotel & Residences! The hotel itself is clean, modern, and located in a very convenient area – close to the Old Quarter but still quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks to Andrew and the rest of the wonderful staff, I felt right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I’ll definitely come back again
