The Location is good near to the Old Quarter and A lot attractions near by and the staff are nice and friendly will be back again.

位置很好，接近還劍湖和河內大教堂，出門到那裡都方便，周圍什麼吃的都有，介紹一個同春巿場Dong Xuan Market 可以買到便宜又新鲜的腰果和芒果乾。

ロケーションはホアンキエム湖に近く、朝食を食べる会場からホアンキエム湖を眺めることができ最適です。 また旧市街にも近いです。 シャワーの水圧が低いのが難点です。 それ以外は最適なホテルです。

酒店位於老城區的還劍湖旁，步行3分鐘可到，早晨或黃昏去還劍湖散步非常方便，14號公交始站也在附近，去胡志明墓/獨柱寺，西湖/鎮國寺，坐6站可達，車票7千越南盾/ 人，酒店自助早餐在9樓，可俯漤還劍湖，用餐舒適，早餐可單點雞絲河粉，比外面餐廳好吃，推薦。房間不大，但佈置精巧，酒店可安排去機場車輛，但價格較高70萬越盾/ 車，自己下載GRAB打車才32萬越盾。還劍湖旁有許多咖啡店，推薦坐4樓以上的位置，看還劍湖風景獨好

1人で旅行行きました！ホテルも綺麗で従業員の対応も凄かったです！私はチェックアウトした時にホテルの部屋に腕時計を忘れてしまいホテルにメッセージを送りました、ホテルの方は保管しときますと連絡いただき郵送で日本に送ったり手配しようとしてくれはりましたがリチウムバッテリーは郵送出来ないと断念しました、しかし、ホテルの方は日本に行くベトナム人に腕時計を配達する様伝えてもらい今日時計を受け取る事ができました！本当に感謝しています！日本でもここまでしてくれるホテルは無いと思い凄く感動しました！

Conveniently located, I enjoyed my stay at Centre Point Hanoi Hotel. The room I got is well-kept and tidy. The bathroom amenities were sufficient too. Because it's so conveniently located, I found myself being able to come back and take a rest in the middle of the day when I got tired of walking around the Old Quarter. The street here is also relatively quiet, and just a few metres away from 4P Pizza. On the same street, there are a number of massage establishments too. The owner and staff are hospitable. They are knowledgable and are able to provide sufficient help, such as helping me to confirm a booking I made for a bus out of town. The breakfast here is also pretty good. You have it on the 9th floor, which provides a great view of the surrounding area, including the lake. On the 2 days I was here, the breakfast menu somewhat changed. There's a buffet spread of bread, fruits, salads and some hot food like pork skewers and pork in cream sauce. You can also order omelettes and phos if you're looking for something freshly prepared. Overall, this place provides good value and I would recommend staying here.

Truely felt like at home here. Staff were very friendly, caring, helped me to plan day trips to the most beautiful places in North Vietnam, and recommended places to experience true local food where they eat. I wanted to upgrade my original booked room, Lily showed me all their options, even recommended a quiet room. I can't thank them enough for their hospitality 🙏🏻😁👍🏻

estuve del 2 al 7 al setiembre , separe la mejor habitacion con vista al lago , y tambien separe el tour deluxy de una noche a la bahia de ha long , todo lo cordine directamente con la srta Lily Bui, la habiatacion muy bien te dan todo lo necesario , es bastante comoda , el personal super amable , solo tuve el inconveniente que el dia del tour a ha long , al parecer como era fiestas patrias en Vietnam habian vendido de mas y quisieron cambiarmelo para el dia siguiente , cosa que no acepte porque ya tenia un itinerario que hacer e iba a viajar a tailandia , en ese momento vi a la srta Lily que comenzo a llamar y llamar y me indico que me habia conseguido un barco igual al que separe , cuando llegue me di cuenta que no era asi , el barco estaba bien , mi habiatacion tenia balcon privado pero era de menor calidad y el costo era mas bajo del que contrate pero la srta Lily que en verdad es un amor de persona , me devolvio la diferencia y me dio un descuento en la habitacion , por el inconveniente que paso , se preguntaran porque le puse excelente , es simple ,el hotel esta bien ubicado , el costo 28 dolares por noche y la srta Lily despues del inconveniente hasta fruta nos dejo en la habitacion , en este hotel el personal lo es todo .....
