Находится в центре Ханоя, всё в шаговой доступности. Улица не шумная. Хозяйка очень хорошая, отзывчивая, разговаривает по английски.Очень хорошие и сытные завтраки, на выбор фо бо, яйца, блины, плюс фрукты и кофе, хватает до вечера. Номера уставшие, пыль везде, но кровать хорошая , мягкий, высокий матрас. За эти деньги всё отлично для короткой поездки.

Perfume, the owner puts this place over the top. She is the sweetest host I have ever encountered at any lodging. She genuinely cares about her guests. Rooms are adequate but not particularly fancy. Meals are excellent. Perfume provides tours and onward travel arrangements at unbeatable pricing. Book through her, not through some online operation with no customer service.

I arrived stressed from a trip to Cat Ba and due to the weekend celebrations couldn’t be dropped off at my new accommodation I arrived at the Home stay and Perfume had organised my room and wanted to cook for me. I instantly felt relaxed. The next day she changed my room to one with a balcony and courtyard, which was lovely. The fruit at breakfast was yum and I had eggs too. The next evening Perfume & Stella ( from my previous hotel) organised a dinner for the solo women travellers, so we could support and talk together. It was a lovely evening. Perfume then organised my flights & taxi and accommodation to Hoi An. Perfume went above and beyond and it made my stay very special. A bit like Perfume who just cannot do enough Can’t thank her enough

We stayed at Hanoi Family Homestay for three days and two nights, just after Typhoon Yagi hit. From the very beginning, our experience was fantastic. The owner, Perfume, was incredibly kind and helped us cancel our original booking with a full refund due to the typhoon. Even though we initially canceled, we later decided to stay with her, and it was the best decision we made. The room was spotless, with a great bathroom, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfect. Perfume was always so pleasant and accommodating. She personally prepared breakfast every morning, which was delicious. The homestay also offers bookings for various activities at great prices, which added so much value to our stay. Perfume’s kindness went above and beyond. She frequently offered us drinks at very reasonable prices and even helped us with a late check-out, allowing us to take a shower after check-out time, so we could head to our next destination feeling fresh and ready. She also gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit and helped us navigate areas that were accessible after the typhoon. It was truly a wonderful experience, and if we ever come back to Hanoi, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Perfume!

We had an amazing time at this homestay! The place is spotless, very well maintained, and located in a great area of Hanoi—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. What really made our stay special was how we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Perfume, the owner, treated us like family, almost like our own Vietnamese mother. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was a recommendation, an extra request, or simply her warm hospitality, she always helped with such care and kindness. One thing that stood out was her generosity. Even after check-out, she kindly allowed us to leave our belongings there and even offered us a shower before heading to the airport. Every interaction with her was filled with love and warmth. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re so grateful for everything Perfume did for us! We highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and spotless place to stay in Hanoi.

The hostess Perfume is what made this an exceptional stay. Coming to her property was like visiting a family member. As soon as we walked in she started caring for us- feeding us, making sure we could take a shower after long travels and helping us book ANYTHING and EVERYTHING we needed. The weather happened to be good in Sapa for the next few days so she got us on a bus, arranged a guide and a homestay there and promised to take care of us at her property when we came back to Hanoi. She was always just a quick what's app message away. She was better than a concierge! I would stay at her property to make the connection alone.

I had booked a room here in advance, as I work online and hard some meetings those days. Also, have arranged a couple of tours attending to the location, to get the most of my time while in Hanoi. The day before arrival, they send me a message staying that they had to cancel the reservation. No explanations given, no options offered I had to spent my last evening in Cat Ba re organizing my trip. Couldn't find anything at the last minute for a reasonable price, so adding to the waste of time, It was in the end a waste of money. And they almost charged me 100% cancellation fees! Really awful customer service. If they are that way, I am Happy to have found another place, even paying more

Perfume notre hotesse a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour de 8 jours à Hanoi. Elle parle couramment anglais ce qui facilite bien la compréhension. Elle vous guide et donne de très bons conseils. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec du choix. Les crêpes sont excellentes. La chambre n avait pas de fenêtre mais elle nous en a trouvé une autre et bien mieux! N hésitez pas pour les familles! Excellent rapport qualité prix en direct.
