We loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel is located next to train street in the Old Quarter so it’s perfect for accessing all the sight seeing and shopping spots in Hanoi. Even though it’s located in a busy part of Hanoi the hotel is tucked away in a side street so it’s really quiet in the rooms. The room was spacious and clean and we had a large double bed. The bathroom was also very clean and it had a separate shower to the toilet which is nice after many hotel stays with wet rooms! The hotel management is really nice and friendly and are happy to assist you. We left our luggage here all day on the day we checked out too. Shout out to Lam for being so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Hanoi ☺️

For my case written below, I rated perfect but let me share this: I didn't care about this matter but they had a different price for rooms with/without windows. Rooms without them is cheaper than thise with then and the receptionist judges with the official price of each type regardless of Trip.com's information. As I didn't know about the difference and care about it, it wasn't a problem but be sure to send confirmation in advance or claim your booking on Trip.com by check-in. Vietnamese language helps as the staffs there aren't good at speaking in English enough to understand the negotiations. Else? I think all good. Installation, location, price, etc. They have a booking office so you can arrange your trip after arrival in Vietnam.

Location is very good and near to train street. Not the best in cleanliness but at least this is slightly better than previous one. Acceptable service. Since i arrived around dinner time, there was no one and have to call Mr Tony. His phone number is written on the table. Bathroom light is not working for my room. But bed room light is bright enough to shine into bathroom so i didn't request for the change. Aircon is very strong.

Really great spot. We stayed on the top floor which had a cool view of Hanoi. Very much worth the price.

Good. Excellent location in the Old Quarter. Big room, could do with a better clean. Excellent manager (?), Mr Tony. Very friendly, very helpful, very good English. The woman working there (not sure of her name) was also helpful as was the night receptionist despite me waking him up early in the morning. They booked a Ha Giang Loop tour which I recommend

Although the appearance of the area immediately around the property is not exactly what you would like, it is a typical market place right in the midst of the main places. Our stay was nice and was made comfortable by the very accommodating and helpful staff.

So for the price (about $20/night) this one stands at a five star hidden gem. It checks all the boxes, with train street location that is ideal and a short walk to St Joesph Cathedral. The staff is also ideal, running an excursion desk that has you covered for all your travel needs. I have stayed here before and will continue to do so the next time I’m in Hanoi.

An okey hotel but not amazing. Definitely an okey hotel, a bit worn down and unfortunately not so clean. But the location is good and the staff was friendly and helpful when booking a daytour to Ninh Binh.

The rooms are not very clean at all. I wouldn't mind staying in an old, outdated property so long as it were clean. We had ants in the room, the bathrooms had mold, the shower drains do not work, the shower door was broken. I regret staying here.

Property is in area where locals buy daily staple items and can get items at decent price. Local cultural vives
