Horrible experience. The hotel is old and run down. It says updated recently but nothing looked updated. Breakfast is awful with old dry bread, a roster that’s seen better days, bad coffee and almost no selection. And all set in a small little dirty room. The hotel rooms are dark as there are no windows in almost all rooms except a few at the front of the hotel. Do not believe any of the hotel photos online - they simply do t represent this dirty run down place.

This hotel is old and I had to leave I was not happy .the room was small and dark .. I asked for refund and I would book somewhere else . They put me in their sister hotel "the premium dream" suppose to be 4star .. not by the standards of 4 star already stayed in vietnam at all. The hotel was not finished..workmen everywhere.. the dining area was a small room ... with food on shelving system..there was not much choice.. i had omlette and salad but i wouldn't recommend it... overall, I would not recommend this hotel..

Very Very poor service. I booked this hotel but when i reached the hotel, they said that they will be transferring me to a diff hotel without any reason, they transferred me to the central hotel spa sister hotel wc is 10 mins far. i had to walk with my luggage while looking for the other hotel. They didnt help me with my lagguge at all. this is so dissapointing. 😤😤😤😤😤😤

We just stayed there for one night before leaving Hanoi, it’s cheap so we didn’t expect a lot, but we had a decent night.
