我覺得挺好的，反正去住了，帶個陽台，邊上生活設施很方便，什麼都可以玩，還劍湖就在邊上，早上起來去跑步很好的

地理位置非常好，房間小巧精緻，走到老城區也就幾分鐘，酒店工作人員非常友好熱情，主動會推薦避免踩坑的一些地方，非常值得推薦

위치가 도보로 호안끼엠 및 맥주거리 분짜닥킴 포10 분보남보 반미25 콩카페 등등 맛집을 걸어서 갈수 있고 조식종류는 다양하지 않는데 맛은 괜찮습니다. 특히 호텔 프론트직원들 친절하고 네이버나 구글 정보보다 직원한테 문의하시면 현지정보를 더 쉽게 찾을수 있습니다. 전체적으로 방사이즈는 적고 화장실이 좀 불편하게 되어있습니다. 2-3일 단기숙소로는 괜찮습니다.

優點：出行方便，陽台很贊，前台熱情，英文對話，門口咖啡店，贈送地圖和建議 缺點：隔音稍差，一開始房間香味很重，後面散了稍好

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel staff are very friendly & accomodating.Specially the 2 ladies Hang and sorry i forgot the name of the other lady.Love their breakfast i had an early flight they made an effort to pack my breakfast.I'll surely comeback to this hotel

Very comfortable stay. Neat n spacious room. Nice breakfast. Local site seeing places are in walkable distance. The staffs are very supportive. Reception Moon n others are very friendly. Certainly will stay next time.

하노이 4박5일중에 3박을 여기서 지냈어요 마지막날 공항근처로 옮긴걸 후회했습니다 작은 호텔이지만 서비스는 5성급 못지않다고 생각 합니다 호텔 반경 15분내 맛집과 까페, 명소까기 있어요 성요셉성당, 반미마마, 콩까페 도보 5분 pho 10 도보 1분 호안끼엠 호수 도보 10분 깨끗한 룸, 맛있는 조식, 친절한 스텝까지 이들이 제 하노이여행을 즐겁게 만들어 주었어요 언젠다 하노이를 또 다시 가게 된다면 여기서 묶을거에요

Had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, I recommend staying here. Trang and the rest of the staff at the reception were exceptional and went above and beyond -- my friend asked for Trang's help to procure a cake for me during my birthday, and she readily delivered and more (even to the extent of singing a birthday song for me with my friend and taking our videos and photos)! The hotel was not very large but had a welcoming vibe, and my room was so spacious, clean, and comfortable! I had a good view of the street below from my balcony (but note that there may be some noise). There is a small elevator for people with mobility issues or heavy bags. It was perfectly located near the lake; some of the main sights were a short walk away and there were lots of food options around. Great value for the price point. Just note that breakfast was served in another hotel (probably their sister hotel) two or three buildings down the street. Just a short walk. And if you wake up late, you might not have a lot of breakfast options in the buffet, but you can still order from the warm options. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but filling and varied (a mix of Western and Vietnamese / Asian options).
