Great hotel in a good location. Friendly staff!

旧市街から近い場所と言う事でこちらのホテルを利用しました。 スタッフは悪い感じはせず、普通に過ごす事が出来ました。 内窓が付いている部屋に滞在したのですが、窓は無いのと一緒。。でした。 真っ暗なので、息苦しさを初日は感じましたが、ベトナムは窓なしの部屋があるので、次回は窓ありを希望したいと思います。 朝食は品数が少なく、こちらも窓なしの場所で頂くので、せめて空調で整えて頂きたかったです。

寫這段評價的時候內心有點複雜。 因為這間酒店的員工全部都很友善，每天出門也會充滿笑容打招呼，非常之親切，我想因為越南的居民讓我有點愛上河內這個地方了，所有人都很友善很純良😊感謝 但我必須講述它的缺點😭💔 ①水源非常不穩定，我們住4晚，有2晚也沒辦法洗澡 第一晚洗澡到一半的時候沒水，但之後回復正常。 ②頂樓的房間沒有電梯，店員在check in的時候會幫你把行李提上去（感謝），但check out的時候只能自己搬下樓。 ③頂樓的房間可能不太多人使用，我們一進房已經聞到一股味道，以及桌子上我自己抹了很多灰塵，椅子亦有污跡…空氣問題需要把所有窗，風扇，空調，浴室門打開一整天有改善些許。 ④空調真的不夠冷，但不蓋被子可以解決問題。 ⑤酒店整體比較殘舊，衛生很一般，大概是汽車旅館的級別。 ⑥我跟另一半沒有鼻敏感，但第一天入住一直過敏，通風後跟清潔後有改善。 （因此我認為需要長期保持通風+有陽光的狀態） ⑦由於水源不足（經常如照片的狀態），所以我們也沒有使用房間的浴缸，剛入住的時候浴室衛生情況亦一般，有異味及別人的頭髮，存放沐浴露的器皿亦有不太乾淨的積水，有點失望。 我也必須要講述它的優點☺️ 若改善些許問題，相信這會成為老城區評價最高的酒店 ①位於老城區中心位置，無論我們要去哪一個景點都非常方便，慢慢步行到還劍湖只需15分鐘。 ②非常便利，基本上我們沒有使用grab回到酒店，因為真的距離任何地方都很近，附近很多地攤商店，餐廳，全部都很好吃☺️☺️越南菜非常好吃！！而且酒店樓下就有一間24小時circle K便利店。 ③酒店職員真的充滿笑容，無論是前台的職員，打掃房間的職員，廚房的姨姨跟小妹妹我全部都記得😊🙏🏻你們很好 ④免費附贈的早餐很好吃，我會推薦大家吃它的yogurt！！真的真的非常好吃。 ⑤頂樓蜜月套房的陽台景色非常非常驚艷，日出日落我們都有在陽台觀賞，我們幾乎每晚都會在陽台一邊聊天觀賞風景，享受當地的美食及啤酒，它的陽台幾乎能觀賞整個老城區風景，非常有趣。 ⑥驚喜的是有smart tv，你可以使用自己的帳號觀看netflix。 綜合所有地理位置的優勢，價錢，陽台的景色，以及精緻的家具，我認為這是一間不錯的酒店，若改善一下些許問題，這將會成為很好的酒店🙏🏻😊

Superb location, in the centre of Hanoi, close to a lot of attractions, such as the world famous train street. The service was good as well and the staff helped us to book a taxi to the airport. Definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Arriving at the hotel, the reception and the manager welcomed us warmly. We arrived earlier than the check in time so they invited us to have breakfast first. They suggested different spots to walk around Hanoi City to spend time before checking in at 2 PM which was very helpful The room we got was decent, the walls are a little thinner because we can hear the other people talking by the stairs sometimes but it never bothered us at night time when sleeping. They helped us arrange our Nihn Bihn tour which was a great deal. Hotel pick up and also return trip was provided.

The hotel's located in the Old Quarter and is of walking distance to a lot of good food places in the area. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are cozy, very good for its price. They also serve breakfast which is a small buffet, but the food is really good. They cook pancakes, pho, and omeletes upon request too! I will definitely miss the fried baos and fresh fruits in the morning. The staff is also really helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend staying here!

친절, 올드타운 접근성, 야간소음없음

とてもいいホテルでした。チェックインの時、ベトナムで注意することリストが書いてある紙を渡してくれた。地図や、今から行くところについても教えてくれた。荷物も運んでくれて、両替も良いレートでしてくれました。荷物も嫌な顔ひとつせずチェックアウト後に預かってくださり、本当に良いホテルでした！部屋も綺麗かったし、清掃も素晴らしかったです。立地も良い！

This was such an awesome trip. It was a bit like a whirlwind when you first arrive. But they helped with EVERYTHING! They were so kind and welcoming it was like staying at your family's home. During my stay it was quite cold and they went to great lengths so that my room would be warm and I was comfortable. I was there around the New Year holiday and they even welcomed me with a meal. All in all great people, great experiences. Will definitely be back! 😁

Location was great, within walkable distance to interesting attractions such as the train street, the cathedral, a temple and many more. Staffs are very knowledgeable about the area and are more than willing to help arrange your trip.
