嘉佩樂是越南之行住的三家酒店唯一一家沒有提前發greeting eamil的 但入住後的體驗太棒了 我們兩晚的junior suite被升級到capella suite. 工作人員都很友善。前台的長得像rose的小姐姐帶我們參觀了房間 每個suite都有陽台 屋內陳設都很奢華歌劇風 適合細細品味 進門就有歡迎蛋糕和水果 房內的軟飲和零食都免費 吹一下手動咖啡機 網友説沒有膠囊咖啡 這種手動咖啡機才是愛咖啡星人的菜 咖啡很香 旁邊二維碼有教程視頻 房間內有個iPad 所有打掃 dinning 活動預約等都可以在IPAD上完成 房間內的床品非常好 睡的很舒適 晚安禮的助眠茶和綠豆糕美美的 套房很大 辦公睡覺互不影響 小朋友的洗漱用品也很可愛 而且第二天會補全套 這裏的下午茶也是免費 早餐半自助 生蠔牛排暢吃 太有性價比了 很大氣但早上的牛肉河粉沒有誇的那麼好吃有點老 推薦red bean的河粉鮮到掉眉毛。還有酒店的泳池 雖然小但很漂亮 一坐下就有水和小食送上。總體來説 體驗感真的很棒。是我在河內唯一留戀，以後還會繼續選擇河內嘉佩樂。

Definitely my favorite hotel in SEA. From the arrival to the departure was just too perfect. The staff’s are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is super hearty and yummy and the cocktails at the lobby lounge were fantastic! Almost flawless! Highly recommend!

前幾天住了對面的索菲特，硬件相比，確實是好的，畢竟價格擺在這，但是服務吧，感覺就是像奢侈品店的櫃姐，懂得都懂。同樣對面的索菲特設施有可能老久一點，但是服務非常好～服務的一顆星🌟是給check in 的前台的。早餐點單制的，是不錯的。
