Abbiamo soggiornato nella executive room. Consiglio questa soluzione per dimensioni e tranquillità della stanza. Colazione a buffet con qualche opzione dolce in più, rispetto alla media in Vietnam. Siamo stati assistiti da Alice, ottima organizzatrice dei nostri tour ad Ha long Bay. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliato.

Myself and my partner stayed in the Serene Boutique Hotel in Hanoi a couple of months ago and it was a wonderful experience. The location was great, situated in the old quarter and within walking distance to alot of tourist attractions - ie. Note Coffee, Water Puppet Theatre, and nice restaurants. The service from the staff members was exceptional. We had an amazing receptionist named Minh who went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our stay. He helped us plan out our itinerary for the week and booked all of our trips and transfers which was incredibly helpful. We stayed in Hanoi for 3 days but also did tours to Ninh Binh, Ha Giang (Loop) & Ha Long Bay. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel between trips which was fantastic. The tours organised by Minh were incredible and this whole week was certainly the highlight of our Vietnam trip so far! Thank you to Minh and all of the incredible staff here for being so welcoming, accommodating and for being incredibly helpful during our stay. We are very grateful and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 10/10 service! 🌟

I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to the staff Alice who arranged our complete trip.ours is 10 days trip and we visited Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa.this hotel is located at old quarters old which is very near to most of all the attractions in hanoi and you will get everything near by. We were 2 families with kids and worried how we are going to manage the complete trip. But she made our trip worry free as she arranged everything from airport pickup to airport drop in perfect order so we did not stuck anywhere for anything.From transport, food and English speaking guide all were perfect. She helped us to book a wonderful cruise, it’s ambiance and food is awesome. Next she arranged one day trip to Ninh Binh which is very nice and then finally to sapa. As a whole this trip is so memorable one. Thanks Alice for making our trip wonderful and memorable one.

Where do I start. From the moment I booked, I received a message from Alice Nguyen offering her services in any way. It felt amazing to have an immediate connection on the other end. Alice went way above and beyond the call of duty. I ended up in the hospital for 6 days, and she was just so helpful booking extra nights with upgrades for hubby, giving gifts, and helping with transportation just everything. I feel I am forever indebted to Alice of Serene Boutique and spa. I will never forget the care I revived here from all staff. Breakfast was lovely and sweet staff, and the room was always clean. Thank you! We are very grateful.

Nice cozy hotel in Ha Noi old quarter Good pickup from the airport at a reasonable price. Welcoming and very friendly staff at arrival. The room was nice, and has all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent, with several items to choose from. Very central in the old quarter, where you have everything within walking distance: Sights, shopping and good eats. All in all not a bad little hotel for the price. We came back after a trip to Ha Long Bay two days later and they had upgraded us to a bigger room. What's not to like:)

A very nice hotel with a reasonable price. The room was very beautiful and clean and the staff were also very friendly and ready to help if there were problems, for example the water pressure in our bathroom wasnt very strong but they could fix it in a few hours. It is also very close to the old quarter where all the tourists go but not so close that you cant sleep in the night due to the traffic. If I go back to Hanoi I would stay at this hotel again.
