Its was a good choice to stays in this hotel for 5days. The employee was very friendly and kindness to me Btw, the breakfast was simple and delicious

Have the great stay.Having breakfast on 18th floor and it is well serve in buffet. Rich cuisines. If front desk men was speak better English and better hospitality mindset, I could have rate 5 stars for service. Location is bit distance from old quarter, be considerate about the taxi fees if you have planned to stay for more than 2days. All round rating is 4.5 for me with this price.

Hotel room is nice amd clean. Front desk staffs provide very good servicr starting from check-in. Breakfast is quote delicious with different choices. One of the best hotel in Hanoi where I stay all the time.

The location is very good and there are many places to eat around. The shower was nice with hot water. Breakfast was also healthy with many vegetables and fruits. The room I stayed in was new air conditioned and the temperature was set with a gentle wind.

Allocated twin room facing another building on second floor so had to keep curtains drawn throughout the stay. Generally clean but water kept flowing from bathtub to the bathroom floor. likely due to shower area tilted outwards so floor is always wet. Staff were polite and friendly. Decent stay

They recognize themselves as Hotel but its not , this is more like a homestay provider with unfriendly attitude (specifically young lady manager) and definately not professional hospitality service (all staff and managers are family member living there or what else … not really sure). At the day we checkout, they check out for such a 15 minutes and blaming us for the cause of flaws on pillow cover (dirt, paint… not sure) which we absolutely cannot make it as the flaw stays not at the side that our head lay up on! And no food or drink we brought up on bed also. This kind of the trick of them to charge more on us because we dont do booking directly via owner (Young lady here keep telling us to book the room with their own to gain better offer). Never comeback , super poor experince! Vào ngày chúng tôi trả phòng, họ kiểm tra trong vòng 15 phút và đổ lỗi cho chúng tôi về vết bẩn trên vỏ gối (bẩn, sơn… không rõ) mà chúng tôi chắc chắn không thể làm ra được vì vết bẩn không ở phía chúng tôi đặt đầu lên! Và chúng tôi cũng không mang đồ ăn hay thức uống lên giường. Đây là chiêu trò của họ để tính thêm phí vì chúng tôi không đặt phòng trực tiếp với chủ (cô gái trẻ ở đây liên tục bảo chúng tôi đặt phòng trực tiếp với họ để nhận ưu đãi tốt hơn). Chắc chắn sẽ không quay lại, trải nghiệm cực kỳ tồi tệ! 他们自称是酒店，但其实并不是，这更像是一个提供民宿的地方，态度不友好（尤其是年轻的女经理），绝对不是专业的酒店服务（所有员工和经理都是住在那里的家人，或者是什么……不太确定）。 在我们退房的那天，他们检查了大约15分钟，并把枕套上的瑕疵（污垢，油漆……不确定）归咎于我们，而我们绝对没有造成那个瑕疵，因为瑕疵不在我们头部放置的地方！而且我们也没有带任何食物或饮料上床。这是他们的一种手段，想要额外收费，因为我们没有直接通过老板预订（这位年轻女孩一直告诉我们直接通过他们预订可以得到更好的优惠）。 绝对不会再回来，极差的体验

There’s a nice pool good food , the hotel helped with a decent not over priced cab to the hotel . They helped moved my luggage from one hotel to the other as I was busy traveling.

If you go at night and check in, remember to pay the staff first. If you stay overnight, you won't be able to stay and have to pay the full amount for the night before because they won't allow you to check in until 2pm.

Generally the location is not that accessible to tourist attractions such as Dong Xuan Market and shopping malls. Service not that good such that the make up of the room was not done as expected after I specially went out to shop just for the staff to do their stuff. I had lit up the make up room button b4 I went out and I came back at about 3 hours later.

＜Pro＞ 1. Good value for money. 2. Very clean, albeit it seems a fairly old hotel. 3. Hot shower and cool enough aircon. 4. Good location. It's in a nice and quiet street slightly outside the Old Quarter. Within a local community, there are some local amenities including street stalls, cafe, eateries and hair salon all within 1-3 minutes walk. ＜CON＞ 1. Housekeeper rang the doorbell at 09:30 and came into the room to check whether we had any laundry to send in. 2. No handheld shower available. Only an old-fashion fixed shower head. 3. Too dim the room (room 603) at night. But the other room (room 705) which is of the same size and type has more lights and is better lit. 4. No shaver readily available in the shower room (didn't bother to ask whether there's one upon request). 5. No ramp available at the entrance door (but doorman did help with lifting the luggage up the stairs and into the hotel). 6. Reception was not manned when we returned at appx 02:30.
