Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem Hotels

It was an incredible experience. This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in terms of hospitality and communication. The staff is really helpful and are always trying their best to make sure you have a confortable stay. The room is clean and spacious enough. The location is great , not too far from old quarter and close enough within walking distance from other attractions. You can also always get a grab to go wherever you want and it will not take too much time. I never tried the breakfast while I stayed there so I can not comment on it but the laundry is free to use. Overall , I will definitely reccomend to anyone staying in hanoi to stay here , you will definitely have a confortable stay and worth your money.

The location is great, it’s right in the old town. The staff is super friendly and nice. They prepared a takeout breakfast for us even though we didn’t tell them that we will earlier, they did it very fast which was very nice of them. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the hotel. This was the first destination of our honeymoon and we were received with a lovely gesture in our room (you can see in the attached photo). Very lovely. After a few minutes we were surprised to detect a cigarette smell in the room. We spoke about it with the lobby and they immediately addressed the situation and switched our room - we were very thankful for their seamless approach which was very assuring. The service remained excellent, warm greetings every time we left or entered the hotel 🥰 Breakfast was 10/10, big variety to choose from - local or european. We also booked the next step of our vacation (Ha Long Bay cruise) with the gracious help of Mr. HA! Thank you! Would definitely return!! Special thanks to Ms. An, Ms. Kate and Mr. Jacky! You all made our stay wonderful!

Excellent hotel in Hanoi central. The reception staff is very cooperative and helpful. Very neat and value for money.

Location is good. 45min from airport and walking distance to old quarter and the lake. Many eateries and cafe around the area. We had a 3 bedrooms executive apartment. Good size for 6 adults. Well equipped but the apartment will require refresh and renovate. The room has a strong smell when we checked in. Front desk team provided great service and very efficient for both checking in and checking out. Has provided a fantastic first impression.

Excellent location with friendly and helpful front staff. Breakfast spread was average but is values for money. Room are clean and comfortable too.

The breakfast spread was delightful, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start my day. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would definitely return. If you're looking for a great place with excellent service and a prime location, this hotel is the perfect choice!

Top notch service like what everyone else mentioned. I was skeptical before my trip and when I was there, I understand why almost all the reviews mentioned their customer service is excellent and it’s not a lie. The reception staff remembers your room number which I feel is a great personal touch. They try their best to resolve your issue, and makes you feels like home. Although there’s a small hiccup during one of my breakfast morning, the apologetic staff did their best to rectify the issue even though it’s not exactly their fault but due to the ignorance of other patrons. I got the bigger room and the space is great, with a separate sofa dining area, spacious bathroom and very huge bed. Only downside is the small tv for a big room and no shelter infront of the hotel that makes it hard for you to return or go out the hotel if it’s raining heavily. Their welcome drink and snacks is good- and thank you for the tea leaves and dried apricot when I was leaving the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel that is around the old quarters of Hanoi, choose this.

The hotel is a beautiful blend of classic charm and historic elegance. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles. The bomb history tour was fascinating, the breakfast was delightful, and the spa provided the perfect relaxing experience. A truly memorable stay!
