Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem Hotels

My friends and I had a great time staying at this hotel. Location- It was in an ideal spot in the Old Quarters, few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Adding to that, there are currency exchange shops across from the hotel. There are also different spas and cafes. Food- The food was very good. I did not have a bad meal. Every morning there was a different menu and there were alot of varieties. Staff- Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Shout out to Jacky and another guy at the front desk (didn't get his name). Overall, very friendly staff. Room- It was pretty nice, we took one with the balcony, the 'city view' could be questioned but apart from that, it was very clean and modern.

The second Capella I stayed at, Capella Hanoi has a unique cultural presentation, I really appreciate it! The environment and service are first-class, especially the service. I was still warmly entertained after checking out, I was very touched!

Had a wonderful stay at Splendid Star. Located on a small back alley, it’s perfect for being both in the center of all the action while still maintaining some peace and quiet. We were in a top floor room with a lovely view and the staff was very kind with helping us with our luggage, offering suggestions, and cleaning. Comfy bed, air conditioning, and a real authentic charm. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Hanoi.

I stayed in this hotel last weekend , and I asked for a morning call on Monday early morning since I need to catch up on my flight to China. On Sunday morning around 6 am, someone outside my door knocking at my door heavily and ringing the door bell, I was shocked and scared, I wanted to pretend no one is in the room so I didn’t answer right away. And that guy outside my door knocking my door heavily again and rang the bell, I was so scared so I didn’t open the door , I just ask who that is outside the door? And that was a “wake up call services” … I asked them to give me a morning call on Monday morning, and I didn’t realize that would a morning knocking door ! That was the worst part of the stay. I was alone in their hotel, even though it was a mistake , at that moment, I feel scared and unsafe. Beside that morning call drama, the pillow the bed and the shower gel were all good ! Not super far from the church, so it’s quiet ! And there is a croissant shop downstairs is a plus !

Our stay at M Village Hotel Tho Nhuom was fantastic! The staff were excellent and very attentive, reaching out via WhatsApp before our arrival to confirm our check-in time. Communication throughout our stay was seamless. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade featuring a sliding door and a charming mini garden view—it was absolutely beautiful. The bed was huge, and the TV offered plenty of channels. The toilet and bathroom were separate, which was convenient, and the hotel provided a washer and dryer in the lobby next to the elevator. The location was perfect—within walking distance of most Hanoi attractions and just a 1-minute walk from Hoa Lo Prison. The lobby was stylish, featuring a co-working space, and the price was incredibly affordable. I’d definitely stay here again whenever I visit Hanoi in the future!

The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is big and clean. Location is good in the sense that train coffee street, temple of literature, and old quarters are all within walking distance. Starbucks is next to the hotel, so it is very convenient when we want coffee.

Absolutely a hidden gem in Hanoi! This hotel is a fantastic stay and the service of the staff is top notch! I’ve stayed twice here now and will definitely choose again. The location next to the coffee shops in the train street is such a bonus! It’s a classy boutique must stay for anyone wanting a localized experience, genuine caring staff and a great stay! Walking distance to the cathedral and old area! Reminds me of the Great Gatsby!

The hotel, located in the business area with some restaurants and little coffee shops surrounding it, offers a quiet environment for rest after a day of work. The room amenities look aged but are still good to use, just a bit slippery in the bathroom.

Solo traveller is ok but was expecting something. More clean , the towels are not changed daily which is a problem is a humid Hanoï , the reception doesn't work 24/7 you'll have to wake up the receptionist if you want to go out before 7 ( depends on the receptionist) I had to shout to wake him up . The locatio. Is amazing in old hanoi perfect for shopping and a vibrant night life

Great place to stay in Hanoi, super well located and with excellent staff: all the guys are always smiling and helpful, especially ms Rose and mr Dong. Dong Da helped us have the most wonderful experiences when driving in Ha Giang and immersing in the cool water of Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. Recommended!
