I chose this hotel for location about bus station. I needed had to go early in the morning to China. Man from reception helped me with taxi and was hospitality. Thank you for everything🙏 If about my room: purely, cleaned up, the bed is comfortable, have hot water and thick curtains for better sleeping, it was quiet outside the window and my sleep was peaceful.
The room is relatively large, but it has been there for a long time, the facilities are a bit old, and the decoration is also quite old. There is a bit of moldy smell after aging, and the bedding is also quite old, and it doesn't feel very good.
I often come to Hanoi and stay at A25 Hotel. I am used to staying in this hotel. It is very comfortable, including breakfast, convenient for travel and easy to communicate. There are two elevators and many delicious foods at the door.
I stayed 4 nights in total at this hotel. I like the fact that we didn’t need to ask for room service. However, that one lady from reception gives off the mean girl vibe(maybe it’a just her rbf and the way she talks). It was 27$ sgd a night and I would say it’s worth for what you pay. We take grab to central area every day since it’s a bit far(costs around 50000-60000 vnd each trip). The room is big and I like the fact that the tv has varieties to choose(Netflix, youtube, etc.). The bathroom is spacious and nth is spoiled. Toilet has bidet and tissue. The aircon works well too. Around the hotel doesn’t have much restaurants, so we always order grab food(only have circle k and a few cafes). I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget trip.
Nice hotel, slightly out of the way of old town Hanoi. Got everything you need in the hotel. Not much interaction with the staff so can’t really comment. Perfect place for a few days or even slightly long term .

The room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths. The only strange thing was that due to Tet Holliday they locked the front door with a bike lock from 12-6 and we wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Thankfully he did let us out and we felt really bad because he was sleeping behind the desk. I think due to the Holliday the hotel was short staffed.

The hotel is small, cheap, the location is also ok, but the only power socket is not available, 1 room with 4 cases can only use the socket plugging in the cabinet, I travel for a few days so I am afraid to complain

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very close to the 108 hospital, the room equipment is generally the same, there is no special impression. When booking a room, I saw that the parking lot was free, but I arranged on-street parking at the hotel.
LLuna RubyHanoi was a bit chilly when I went in November, but the hotel had a bathtub, which was great. The hotel staff were all friendly and the place was clean and well managed. The hotel's breakfast can be enjoyed leisurely on the 9th floor while looking out at the outdoors. The menu changes slightly every day, including bread, Japanese food, and rice, and you can choose from them. It's not as extensive as a buffet, but it was perfect for breakfast. This is the hotel I would like to stay at again next time I go to Hanoi.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel for the last three days in Vietnam. It is located in the old neighborhood by the Red River, two or three kilometers away from the Sword Lake. This is an original old neighborhood, a little far from the tourist area. The hotel is relatively large. Although the room facilities are a little old and the windows are small, the room is not small. There is a small refrigerator, safe, tea bags, three-in-one coffee, bottled water, and napkins. The breakfast is also good, with rice noodles, fried rice, simple side dishes, and baguette slices, bread, fruit, coffee, and soy milk drinks. This is a cost-effective hotel, and I am satisfied. There is a travel agency APCE TRAVEL a few hundred meters away, specializing in bus business to Nanning. There are three or four buses to Nanning every morning.
GGuest UserFor the price it's very good. The internet here is good and reliable. many other Vietnamese hotels have really bad internet. Don't expect anything amazing but expect something good for the price.
BBen四少An old style hotel with basic facilities. Breakfast is just simple. The shower will suddenly have no hot water. Housekeeping needs to inform them to clean the room. The location is good near the vincom mall and there are lots of coffee shops around.
