Gulong Hotel has good reviews on Ctrip. I checked in on the night of April 4th. At around midnight, two men and a woman in the house opposite were arguing. The sound was extremely loud. I called the front desk and an older security guard and an older woman came up to stop them, but to no avail. The entire fourth floor was in a state of turmoil. A brave brother called the police directly. After struggling for nearly an hour, I finally regained my composure. However, my sleep was seriously affected and I felt groggy the next day. The hotel did not apologize for what happened, nor did it provide any compensation in the room rate. In this regard, is the hotel doing this reasonably? This ignores the passenger experience. I believe that more tourists will not choose to stay here.
