This was the second time staying ant this hotel and the experience was worse than the first time. We arrived at 8Pm and the first room they gave me the beds were not made up and no Aircon in the room (room 7) then was moved room 4 and that was final fine but they did not clean the room after the first night saying there. Very disappointed for a hotel

Avoid
Nice private setting with pool. Room has upstairs loft area for bed. Arbitrary table ground floor with no chairs office chair had leg fall off and injured myself. Shower lacked force and took 10mins to get safe mix of hot or cold. Tap had similar issue and only about 7 holes of sprayin water. Dinner stopped serving at 4pm. £168 for the one night was certainly not woth it...and the electricity and wifi went off for about 4 hrs!

I stayed at Residence Hotel for two nights during my business trip to Harare. I was impressed by the hotel’s location, service, and amenities. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a TV, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped, with hot water and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel also has a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend Residence Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel in the heart of Harare
