This hotel is the best one in Harbin! Nearest Zhongyang street, Airport Bus Transfer, Saint Sopia's church We stay during 27-01 Mar 25. Lovely staff especially Mr.Ju Wei Xian and the lady in Pink. The positives: Really close to Harbin Railway station and the line 2 subway making it easy to get around to the main attractions and to come via high speed rail from other cities. The room was clean and spacious. The downsides: The hotel lobby though is located on the 24th floor and there’s only one lift up which is slow. The lift to the rooms is a separate lift and again is slow. On our last night, they had forgotten to give us towels and a bath floor mat and took them over 40 minutes to give us new ones. They gave us hot milk as an apology though.

It's very good! ! Everything is very good! ! On the day of check-out, I met three middle-aged men with foreign accents who embarrassed the front desk lady. They put their hands behind their backs and yelled in the hotel lobby, saying that they would take a ** photo to expose the front desk and sue the hotel. In fact, it was their own problem. When it was time to check out, they told the front desk that they wanted to extend their stay. It happened that the business was good that day and the subsequent rooms were booked out. They were not happy and said that the hotel violated their right to use. Three shameful men However, the above difficulties were resolved by the front desk lady. Thumbs up 👍~

It was very clean and newly renovated. It was a great stay. The service from the lady with glasses was especially good on the evening of the 4th. She was still busy at 10 pm. I was injured and needed iodine urgently. While busy, she helped me find iodine and cotton balls. Thanks again. I will stay here again next time.

I'm taking an exam at Harbin Institute of Technology. The hotel is very close to the exam venue and the train station, making for a fantastic location. The bed is right next to the window, which I personally love; the light is excellent. There's also a small table next to the bed—not too big, not too small, perfect for reading. The bathroom is also very clean. The room may not be particularly large, but it feels very safe for a solo traveler. This is truly the best hotel experience I've had since traveling. The cleaning lady is also incredibly kind, always welcoming and attentive, making you feel incredibly friendly. The front desk even provides porridge in the evening, which is a really thoughtful touch. Overall, I think this hotel is excellent in every way! I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is clean and in quiet surrounding, although the location is removed from town centre. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and full range of amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
