這次出差入住如家精選酒店（哈爾濱西站店），體驗出乎意料地好，最大的感受就是：特別舒服！ 無論是硬件還是服務，都精準地戳中了旅途中對“舒適”的所有期待。
1. 床品睡眠體驗極佳：這絕對是“舒服”的核心！床墊軟硬適中，支撐力恰到好處，躺上去身體瞬間放鬆。枕頭提供了不同選擇（記憶棉和羽絨），我選了記憶棉的，高度和承託感完美貼合頸椎，一覺睡到大天亮，完全沒有認床的困擾。被子的蓬鬆度和保暖性也很好，體感非常舒適。
2. 房間設計簡約温馨，細節到位：如家精選的設計一貫的簡約現代，色調柔和，讓人一進門就感覺很放鬆。房間佈局合理，空間利用充分，雖然不算特別大，但乾淨整潔，設施齊全且維護得很好。空調製熱/製冷效果快且安靜，保證了室內恆定的舒適温度。特別值得一提的是，燈光設計很人性化，有多種模式可選，睡前閲讀或工作都很舒適，不會刺眼。
3. 衞浴乾淨清爽，熱水充足： 衞生間乾濕分離，打掃得非常乾淨，沒有任何異味。淋浴水壓穩定，熱水來得很快，水量充足，洗個熱水澡掃除一天的疲憊，是舒適感的重要來源。提供的洗浴用品品質也不錯，味道清新。
4. 地理位置便利，環境安靜：靠近哈爾濱西站的優勢自不必説，對於趕火車的人來説非常方便。但更讓我驚喜的是，雖然靠近交通樞紐，房間的隔音效果卻做得相當好！關窗後室內非常安靜，完全不受外界噪音干擾，保證了高質量的睡眠，這點對舒適度太重要了。
5. 服務親切周到：前台的工作人員辦理入住和退房都很高效，態度親切友好，有問必答。服務響應速度也很快，讓人感覺賓至如歸。

其他還行 就是我定了三晚的房間2-5號 結果保潔4號大早上八點就給我敲門説前台問續不續住 我們還在睡覺呢 還刷了一下房卡是想要直接進來嗎 因為我們聽到刷房卡的聲音了 難道不可以等晚一點嗎快中午也行啊 前台給房間打個電話給我打個電話 你這整的多不好啊 本來印象挺好的 因為這個整的挺差勁的
