衞生極差，房間有的地方還有灰，早上洗頭時沒有熱水，店家説放一會就好，放了好長時間也沒有熱水，訂房間時，訂單服務上寫有數字電視，數字電視也沒有，而且網絡環境極差，動不動網絡就斷，而且房間還潮濕，且有異味。
